Music video for The Late Mistake by Comateens.

The Beat performs in the music video "Best Friend" from the album "I Just Can't Stop It" recorded for Go-Feet Records and Sire Records. The music video features the band performing on a stage under bright white lights in front of a striped wall. Dave Wakeling sings while the band sings.

The video opens at a food processing plant, where Jones works as a caretaker. As the owner arrives on the site, Jones strips off his uniform overalls and begins to sing to the other workers. One of them, a man wearing black/white face paint removes his overalls and begins to dance through the plant. As the owner begins to mop the floor, Jones, the dancer, and several employees pile into his luxury car and drive off. Jones and the dancer next visit an Underground station to perform for the patrons, then visit a window cleaner and get him to take a break from his work. Finally, the two arrive at a public school and interrupt a class of unruly students, who follow them outside to play on the lawn, followed by their teacher.

The official music video for the single "This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody") by Talking Heads, presents the group along with their side musicians at the time watching home videos of themselves, and later on performing the song on a tiny basement.

Pat Benatar plays a woman who runs away from her family to become a dancer in a club. However, when she finds out the owner of the club is more than what he seems, she convinces the other dancers to rise up against him with her.

Big Country performs in the music video "In a Big Country" from the album "The Crossing" recorded for Mercury Records. The music video features the band scouring the countryside as they are trying to track down an unspecified treasure. They are constantly beaten to the punch by a woman is appears to be a rival treasure-hunter. Clips of the band on stage play throughout.
