Goku's origins and Vegeta's stories were always fun to follow but Trunks from the future might be the coolest thing I've seen on TV as kid.

Yet, the emo style of the characters and their card monsters was a fun thing to watch.

I really didn't like any sort of superhero that was roaming earth with *super* powers. If you are on Earth, then you can only be a human and with said, you can't have powers. You can fight as well as you can but you CAN'T have super powers. This is also the reason why I was always drawn to Batman.

But in the other end, the epic-sci-fi saga of moving planets around the universe like they were spaceships was a genius idea. I remember being amazed by the whole process of going into the depths to find the controls of a planet. Damn.

Some episodes brought me confusion, others made me laugh as hell. Watching Courage felt like deeper meaning process.

Despite being played in the modern era, it was enough for me watch. When I reached adulthood, I was amazed by the fact that the pyramid they used to hide on show in the middle of a modern western city does really exist (like Luxor at Las Vegas).
