Images taken from reality with a mobile phone incorporate fiction. Diverted, the images take on another meaning, simple bathers become angels. The film is voiceless, the texts and dialogues are restored by cartoons between scenes.

Like many artists Cyril Brody is jobless. In order to get the welfare allowance he must work on a an integration project. He chooses to make a film examining the notion of service. To this end, he sends a letter to twenty persons in his circle of relatives and acquaintances offering them to do them a favor of any type and to have the experience filmed

Lee is six months pregnant. She is addicted to the 4-D scan of her baby. The young woman is told that her child is going to be born prematurely. Lee has recently moved into the family house of her husband Simon. One morning, while her husband has gone away to give a concert Lee wakes up in horror with a flat stomach. Her child has vanished.

I go to Yemen to film a yemeni woman. The shooting stops a few days later because it puts her life in danger. What to film now that what I wanted to shoot in the first place turns out to be impossible ? The project becomes an essay-film about the failure of the first shooting and the encounter with another woman, the translator, with whom I continue my journey. I start meeting people around me, questioning them about love and life. Words don't come easy. By confronting their speech to my own experience, I decide to expose myself, as they do while speaking to my camera.
