He recovers, and turns Popeye into a donkey, then smacks him around a bit, but spinach comes to the rescue.

After the end of her workday, she heads to a hat shop and gets to choose among various weird hats. She finds one to her liking and orders a copy for herself. Then the audience is introduced to the hat designers: mental patients in padded cells. One of them is briefly released and gets to create Maisie's hat. Maisie happily wears her weird new hat, unaware that she is scaring a cat. The film ends with a tribute to the men who sacrificed their life and their sanity for the hat industry.

He finds the spy "disguised" (with his head upside down) but Willoughby uncovers the "disguise" and gives chase. Agent X-13 ends up at the train station and riding the Orient Express. The Inspector follows with the agent using a variety of schemes to do away with Willoughby. He notices a downhill grade and sends a safe sliding down to crush the Inspector but the grade becomes an uphill grade and the safe ends up crashing into X-13. X-13 tries feeding him several poisonous foods and Willoughby's stomach turns out to have a trap door. Finally, Willoughby and X-13 battle on top of the train with X-13 leaping from the train to avoid hitting a tunnel and lands in Willoughby's net, then finding himself tied to a scale after going through the tunnel. The Inspector, having captured the crook, exclaims, "That's what I call apprehending crime on a big scale!"

Windy tries a number of attempts to outsmart the bee. He floods the hive, dresses as a queen bee, uses a bathroom plunger to trap the bee (only to get it stuck to various parts of his body) and finally tries to dynamite it, only succeeding in blowing himself up. At the hospital, he is served honey and hotcakes in bed... by a male nurse who looks suspiciously like the bee he just tangled with!

Midnight, dropped slipper, and all that; Egghead finds her house with the help of some neon signs, but all that's there is a note that she got tired of waiting and went to a Warner Bros. show. She pops up from the audience, and they head off to the tenth row together.
