WCW Thunder was a professional wrestling series that aired on TBS it served as a secondary program for World Championship Wrestling's flagship series WCW Monday Nitro.

The top WCW Superstars compete in the ring and give unforgettable interviews, recaps and reviews of the week's action across World Championship Wrestling.

This nationally syndicated pro wrestling series ran from 1975 to 2001. Launched by producer Jim Crockett Jr., the show was initially shot at the studios of WRAL-TV in Raleigh, North Carolina. It moved to WPCQ-TV studios in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1981. By 1983, the show began taping on the road, hitting most major cities in the United States.

The final incarnation of the show that originated as "Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling," "WCW Pro" aired on TBS from 1994-1998. It combined midcard-level wrestlers with hype for and recaps of bigger events, incorporating events from "WCW Monday Nitro" starting in September 1995.
