I Love Cartoons

Never the biggest fan of Critical Role but Vox Machina is up my alley - it's like Guardians of the Galaxy in a fantasy setting. The only thing that holds it back for me is that the pacing can be seen as a problem considering how many episodes from the campaign they have to condense. Regardless, the group's chemistry was great, obviously rooting for Vex and Percy, the OTP of the show.

I remembered watching this as a kid and thought it was just a good Saturday morning cartoon. But weirdly enough, now that I am in my twenties, I appreciated Kim Possible a lot more because of how relatable and creative it was in blending spy, comedy, drama and even romance, all of which are connected to young adults which is obviously a bias of mine.

A show that will forever be my most favorite from DC animation. I love young adult drama series trying to become adult superheroes. I really missed Kid Flash but the additional members such as Zatanna and Rocket justified their membership in the team. Conner and M'gann are the OTP of Young Justice.

The only flaw from this series is that there is a missing arc between seasons three and four. Nonetheless, it's a solid show. It had a great world-building from seasons one to three (8.5/10). The Mystery of Aaravos is currently at an 8/10, thanks to seasons five and six, but it's able to get darker and mature as the story continues. Can't wait to see how the show wraps itself up in season seven.

The animation may not have aged well, but this is my most favorite series that Marvel has ever done. And seeing this after watching the Fox X-Men movies, I will say that this is the best version of the said team by a longshot. Like, I never expected to love Gambit and Rogue as a solid Marvel couple, Jubilee is my best girl and Storm is, for me, the best leader for the X-Men.

A very good video game adaptation that would later on inspire other studios to make games into shows. Even though I am not one of the biggest fans of Castlevania, the series itself just made me feel like I am already part of the fandom. I am very glad that it ended on a satisfying note even if it's a horror fantasy series.

I don't know why but I still think that despite its ending, Voltron: Legendary Defender was really good for what it was. If anything, seasons one to seven were all 8/10 and the final season was a 7/10 - not an amazing conclusion but still a good one. But what made me love this show is the chemistry of all the Voltron members and each of their side stories, making them all likeable.

After reading the comics, I will say that the story is better compared to the original source material. Despite taking a while to wait for another season, the show got better in season two and I can't wait how Mark's story unfolds in season three onwards, especially his relationship with Atom Eve, but most importantly, the villains that will be coming in the future.

As someone who has seen the entirety of Korra, I would say that it's a solid sequel to the amazing Last Airbender. Yeah, season one can be somewhat of a struggle but seasons two until the final season just got better and better thanks to the character development of the said protagonist.

This show is definitely a childhood of mine. The first three seasons of SpongeBob SquarePants are what people call as The Golden Age because of its slapstick humor and shenanigans. When it comes to seasons four to seven, they were moderately good. Even though the charm can be a mixed bag in succeeding seasons, the impact will never be lost from this show.

I cannot believe how much I love this show. Probably because of how they build the relationship between Clark Kent and Lois Lane. And in season two, we get Jimmy Olsen and Kara. Both of these relationships are adorable. But the thing that sets this show from past DC series is the simplicity of its adventures. Call me a shipper all you want and although I stress the importance of story, if the characters don't work for me, it's going to be a struggle - good thing this show was not like that. Also, I am happy to have a show that is not necessarily deep in the lore and drama but just fun and, as the title suggests, adventurous. That being said, it can be really fast-paced for the show but it's still an enjoyable watch.

Never have I ever been this engaged with a show that has a lot of clues and hints towards something bigger. This is literally Disney's best animated series of all time. Even though I could have wanted to see more from this show, the fact that Alex Hirsch wanted to tell a complete story is very respectable and its two seasons show why.

One of, if not, the most underrated Cartoon Network shows ever made. I even remembered the time that it had a crossover with Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. And looking back, I cannot believe that this was not as beloved as other cartoon series. I hope more people check this out, especially for fans of action series. Good thing that even though it was cancelled, it was able to end on a satisfying note.

One of the funniest adult animated series that I have ever seen. With the strong bizarreness, thanks to the mix of fantasy and sci-fi elements, I can't help but laugh by the ridiculousness that I am seeing on screen. Mark Lilly as a main protagonist is relatable. Callie can be annoying but when she goes soft, she's sweet. Randall is a kind of friend you need - both pulls you up or down.

The last episode felt like a perfect conclusion to a rare horror animated kids cartoon. Easily one of Cartoon Network's best series yet. I even remember waking up and before going to school, I would always watch this very late in the morning. Ah, the things I do for love is a line that will forever be ingrained in my mind.

The biggest praise that I can give for this show is both some of its unforgettable songs and most importantly the humor, specifically from Dr. Doofenshmirtz who is the best cartoon dad of all time. And yeah, the whacky inventions that the titular brothers are doing are so cool, to the point it makes Candace's situation of proving it to their mom is hilarious.

This is definitely my cup of tea when it comes to ridiculous and dark humor, kind of like Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Charlie is a character I can easily relate to, Pim is so optimistic, and the shenanigans they get into is so hilarious as I got into Season 2. Even Alan, Glep and Mr. Boss were also funny whenever given screentime or standalone episodes.

I don't know why people are complaining about the finale but I thought it was able to end the series really well. If anything, I am glad that Danny Phantom did not go too long like The Fairly OddParents, making it Butch Hartman's best cartoon that he has ever done. Sure it also falls into the best friends to lovers trope but I can't help but love Danny and Sam. Apart from that, this being an action cartoon series and had some surprisingly mature stuff making it stand out a lot among the Nickelodeon shows.

Everyone gets offended in Family Guy which is the best part of its humor. With its amazing side gags and the hilarity that the Griffin family get into, Family Guy is a show that I can go back to and watch most of its funniest jokes that has ever been made.

Wow. That ending was absolutely bittersweet yet poignant. As dark yet humorous it gets, BoJack Horseman is life in general.

Whenever the iconic theme song plays, I can't help but remember the things that I love in Teen Titans. As someone who is into young adult drama like Young Justice, I immediately connected with this show. Obviously, the camaraderie among the members is exciting to see. We get to look at the different character dynamics, including Robin and Starfire.

If I had to think of one major criticism in the show, that would honestly have to be the romantic relationship between Aang and Katara. Other than that, the lore, action and the characters have so much depth. Even though I am not the biggest fan of The Last Airbender, I have high respect to this amazing animated series.
