Slasher Movies from the golden age of the genre: 1970's/1980's, that aren't part of the Friday the 13th, Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, or A Nightmare on Elm Street series. Those are a given. Everybody knows those. If you really want to be a true slasher movie aficionado watch these for a good start.

This list mostly consists of reported actor to actor or director to actor romantic/sexual connections. It could be as serious as marriage or as brief as a one night stand. I will frequently add to the list. 

The point is these on-set hook-ups, affairs and relationships are more common than most people know or are willing to admit. In fact they happen on most tv and film sets, but if they don't lead to a confirmed, public relationship the pairing rarely becomes public knowledge. That's not even including the fact that crew members have relationships with each other too.                                                                                   Film sets are a hotbed of consensual sexual activity, sexual harassment, and unrequited longing. More entertainers have STIs -sometimes of the lifelong variety such as herpes- than any of them would like to admit. Also look at all the old men who are still having children because they are still sexually active and having promiscuous condomless sex with young women even though they themselves are well into old age and no have interest in raising children. With each movie hundreds (sometimes thousands) of people work closely together on a project in an industry that attempts to normalize its numerous open relationships, secret relationships and hookup culture. Sometimes these encounters and when exactly they began are reported but not confirmed by all involved parties so keep that in mind.
