Violence  Intense Violence (e.g., realistic violence with high carnage impact or realistic suffering) and first-person or detailed gore is only allowed in TV-MA rated shows.

Sex TV-MA rated shows can contain strong sexual activity, but if the game's primary purpose is sex or it contains very strong, detailed sexual images, it could get an TV-MA rating.

Nudity The ESRB, similar to the MPA, is very strict with nudity. Nudity is allowed in TV-MA rated shows and above. Too much emphasis on strong details (e.g., anus, erections) and exploitative nudity are likely to be rated TV-MA.
