By “negligible” romance, I mean it's a only a brief and minor part of the film, or only implied. Romance can be more vague and blurred than sexual content, so I think it deserves some leniency. Not all people see romance in certain gestures. Some people are oblivious to a romantic thing while others notice it. (Unlike sexual content, which is pretty clear and objective.) There may be sexual references but no on-screen sex.

Sorry if there is more romance than I remembered but I am pretty confident! 

This will always be an incomplete list because I simply can’t watch every movie in existence, and there will always be new ones being made. And I can’t guarantee that you will like everything on this list. You might think some are great, you might think some are shit. That’s not a factor to them being on the list.

Also trying to avoid too many children’s and horror movies, because they’re kind of obvious. I do include family and thrillers though.
