She earned a Casting Society of America award for her work on the Oscar nominated "Mystic River" and for casting the pilot of the hit TV series "Murphy Brown".

She contributed with the casting of four films that were nominated for the Best Picture Oscar: Unforgiven (1992), Mystic River (2003), Million Dollar Baby (2004) and Letters from Iwo Jima (2006). Of those, Unforgiven (1992) and Million Dollar Baby (2004) are winners in the category and with the exception of Letters from Iwo Jima (2006) all three films received acting awards.
