Teiji Ito was born in 1935 in Tokyo, Japan. He was a composer and director, known for Divine Horsemen: The Living Gods of Haiti (1993), Little Joe (2019) and The Virgin President (1968). He was married to Maya Deren and Cherel Ito. He died in 1982 in Haiti.
