Marvin's play They Have Mayonnaise in Montreal was adapted into a television series called Less Than Kind which ran four seasons on HBO Canada and The Audience network in the United States. Less Than Kind garnered universal critical acclaim and multiple awards including Geminis, Canadian Screen Awards and Writers Guild Awards during its precedent-setting four-season run.
In 2017 Marvin's web series Hit On Me won the Montreal Just For Laughs, Out of The Box competition.
Marvin has taught TV writing at the University of Toronto and directing at the Weengushk Film Institute (WFI). A non-profit, artist-focused film and television-training center, dedicated to unlocking the creative potential of Indigenous youth. In front of the camera,
