Docu filmmakers focus lens on Goldblum, play
Following on from their film Jon E. Edwards Is in Love, which closes the AFI Summer Doc Fest on July 21, helmers Chris Bradley and Kyle LaBrache have found their next subject in Jeff Goldblum. The directors have begun shooting a documentary on the actor and his fiancee, Catherine Wreford. The new production will chronicle their romance and their behind-the-scenes experience on the play The Music Man, which co-stars Goldblum's pals Ed Begley Jr. and Illeana Douglas and runs through the middle of the month in Goldblum's hometown of Pittsburgh. Moby, Bob Odenkirk, Douglas, Begley and other guest stars will appear in the docu, which the producers hope to take to Sundance next year. Goldblum, Patrick Bradley and Ryan Magnussen are producing. Industry Entertainment's Keith Addis and Bernard Cahill from Roar are executive producing. The project is a RIPE/Industry Entertainment production. Goldblum next appears in The Life Aquatic.
