New Sequels, Prequels, and Spin-Offs

Michael will next be seen in the Peacock Limited Series Lockerbie, opposite Colin Firth. He recently appeared alongside Mark Wahlberg in the feature film Arthur the King and played Vic Damone in the Paramount + series The Offer directed by Dexter Fletcher.

Prior to that he was on our screens as series regular Greg Turner in the award-winning drama series Cruel Summer.

Other recent screen credits include roles in Netflix's Traitors opposite Michael Stuhlbarg, Amazon's You are Wanted opposite Matthias Schweighofer, the lead role in the SKY action-adventure series Hooten and the Lady, features Angel Has Fallen with Morgan Freeman and Gerard Butler, and Luxor opposite Andrea Riseborough.

On stage, Michael's recent work includes All The President's Men?, directed by Nicholas Kent, at The National Theatre. He played the lead role in David Mamet's House Of Games at the Almeida Theatre as well as Harry in the west end production of When Harry Met Sally, opposite Molly Ringwald.

Other notable roles include BBC drama Upstairs Downstairs, Silent Witness, and the BBC comedy Love Soup opposite Tamsin Grieg. As a producer, he co-created and starred in the Fox pilot Played opposite Vanessa Kirby.

Michael was born in the Bronx, New York.

Was replaced by <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0923529/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Justin Whalin</a> as Jimmy Olsen after the first season of <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0106057/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Lois &amp; Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993)</a>, because the producers felt he looked too much like Clark Kent&#39;s little brother, instead of just a worker for the Daily Planet.
