General Hospital Spoilers: Assigning Blame
At the Savoy, Ric has just left after making an announcement that the judge trying Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) case vacated it-meaning dropped the charges and Heather’s free.
That development doesn’t sit well with Curtis, and even less so with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) who endangered her job altering Heather’s post-surgical blood test results.
Curtis is angry and he’s blaming Ric for the problem, for one thing, it’s his fault that Heather’s blood was retested at another lab.
Ric was shocked at the outcome, and didn’t expect the case to be vacated-he was only trying to get Heather put in minimum security.
