The Backstreet Boys are taking up residency at the Las Vegas Sphere for a total of nine shows that will run from Friday, 11 July to Sunday, 27 July.

Pre-sale goes up in three days on Feb. 19 on Ticketmaster and they are promising fans an “unforgettable experience,” filled with love, laughter and so much of the good old days.

The 50th anniversary special of "Saturday Night Live" doesn't happen until Sunday night, live at 8 p.m. Et/5 p.m. Pt on both NBC and Peacock, but the festivities kicked off early on Friday, just in time to show "SNL" some love on Valentine's Day.

Along with the recently released spectacular documentary series looking back at the history of "SNL," Peacock aired a livestream of "SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert," a star-studded event that unfolded live in New York City at Radio City Music Hall on February 14. Not only did the special event bring together some of the biggest musical acts from the five-decade history of the late night sketch comedy series, from Cher to Lady Gaga to Jack White and more, but it featured some of the show's cast members doing musical bits -- not to mention a stunning array of celebrities just having a good time watching the eclectic music line-up.

The one-of-a-kind performance took place during the SNL50: The Homecoming Concert on Friday night. Near the end of “I Want It That Way,” Littrell ran into the A-list audience and stuck his microphone in front of Seinfeld’s face. To the surprise of many, the 70-year-old comedian started singing the lyrics along with Littrell — and yes, Seinfeld even appeared to know all of the words.

The popular boy band – Aj McLean, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter – just announced their Into the Millennium summer 2025 residency at the Sphere. They are the first pop act to perform at the venue!

As the unstoppable boy band continues to celebrate its 30th anniversary, the group is announcing an upcoming concert on the beach in Cancún, Mexico, which also doubles as an all-inclusive vacation.

“Backstreet’s Back At The Beach is an all-inclusive concert vacation situated on the idyllic Caribbean coastline, which will take place April 18-21, 2024,” notes a press release. “The inaugural event will feature two nights of Backstreet Boys on the beach, including their DNA show as well as a special 30-for-30 performance which will see the group performing a set that is entirely chosen by fans.”

On Monday, Viacom announced MTV’s Family Legacy, an upcoming music docuseries about Nineties’ pop culture seen through the perspective of the kids of that era’s greatest music stars. The new show is set to feature children of artists including Van Halen’s Sammy Hagar, Backstreet Boys‘ Brian Littrell, ‘NSync’s Joey Fatone, Boyz II Men’s Nathan Morris, and the late Biggie Smalls.

Nick Carter appeared unfazed as he performed with the Backstreet Boys Friday night amid a slew of damming allegations detailed in a lawsuit filed earlier this week.

The 42-year-old singer and the rest of his bandmates took part in iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball concert at Madison Square Garden, with a lineup that also included Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Charlie Puth, The Kid Laroi and Demi Lovato, among others.

ABC has pulled the plug on “A Very Backstreet Holiday,” the Christmas special filmed by the Backstreet Boys earlier this month, Variety reports. The show was initially scheduled to air on Dec. 14 but has been scrapped by the network following new sexual assault allegations against Nick Carter.

“A Very Backstreet Holiday” would have followed the release of the band’s first holiday-themed album, A Very Backstreet Christmas, shared in October. Along with Carter, Aj McLean, Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrell, and Howie Dorough were set to perform music from the album during the special.

ABC have reportedly axed the upcoming “A Very Backstreet Holiday” Backstreet Boys Christmas special amid the sexual assault allegations against Nick Carter.

The special was filmed earlier this month in Los Angeles, but the network has decided to nix the project amid allegations that singer Nick Carter raped a 17-year-old during the band's 2001 tour.

It was set to air on December 14 and featured Carter, Aj McLean, Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrell, and Howie Dorough as they celebrated the festive season.

It would have featured several songs from their "A Very Backstreet Christmas" album, alongside special guests including Seth Rogen, Meghan Trainor, Rob Riggle, Nikki Glaser, Ron Funches, and Atsuko Okatsuka.

Shannon "Shay" Ruth alleged in a newly filed lawsuit and press conference live-streamed on Facebook that Carter sexually assaulted her when they met backstage at a concert in 2001.

“The last 21 years have been filled with pain, confusion, frustration, shame and self-harm that are a direct result of Nick Carter raping me,” Ruth said during the press conference.

Emotions ran high as Backstreet Boys paid tribute to their bandmate Nick Carter’s younger brother Aaron Carter during their recent concert in London. Before performing “Breathe,” A.J. A champion was crowned on Wednesday night’s Season 5 finale of “The Masked Singer.” The Piglet reigned supreme and took home the Golden Mask trophy after belting out a passionate rendition of “Faithfully” by Journey. When it came time to unmask the winner, 98 Degrees’ Nick Lachey was revealed as the talented farm animal. The Black Swan (Grammy winner JoJo) placed second and the Chameleon (rapper Wiz Khalifa) finished in third.

“I miss performing,” Nick told host Nick Cannon during his unmasked interview. “And that’s what this experience has done for me is remind me how much I love singing. How much I love music. I’ve had the best time going on this twisted, weird ride that is ‘The Masked Singer.’ My kids wanted me to do the show for so long. Daddy’s coming home with a little hardware!”

The game-changing fifth season of “The Masked Singer” crowned its winner Wednesday night, and in doing so, revealed the identities of not just the victor, but the runner-up contestant and third-place competitor. And it turns out the celebrities behind the Piglet, Black Swan and Chameleon masks are all professional singers.

The hour began with Season 4 winner LeAnn Rimes performing her hit “How Do I Live,” accompanied by Piglet, Black Swan and Chameleon lending their own signature vocal stylings.

Then we got to Nick Cannon celebrating the good times that led to this finale, before it was time for the three remaining contestants to perform one last time in front of judges Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke and Rimes, who served as guest judge.

For their final performances, Chameleon rapped “Gangsta’s Paradise” by Coolio ft.

That’s some pig! After belting out seven songs on “The Masked Singer,” the Piglet has secured a spot in the Season 5 finale of the Fox reality TV competition. On Wednesday, the “Spicy 6” episode saw actor/singer Tyrese Gibson unmasked as the Robopine. When “The Masked Singer” returns next week on May 12, the quarter finals will feature comedian Rob Riggle (“Holey Moley”) as a guest panelist, alongside regular panelists Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg and Robin Thicke.
