Reservoir Docs has announced its new project, a feature-length documentary about Oscar-winning cinematographer Philippe Rousselot called “A Look Through His Lens.” The independent international sales company will finance and launch worldwide sales for the film at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

“A Look Through His Lens” will cover Rousselot’s life, career and cinematography techniques, which he cultivated as a director of photography for both film and digital formats. Furthermore, it will dive into the impact of his contribution to the Cinema du Look movement and how his use of image and color captivated directors worldwide. In a statement, the filmmakers said their “goal is to create a narrative that is archival and educational in nature that can be accessed for generations to come.” It’s part of Reservoir Doc’s mission to specialize in documentaries about cinema and look at how cinema is a strong reflection of our society.

Hollywood hunk Keanu Reeves has hit out at reports he secretly married his ex-girlfriend Autumn Macintosh last month in Los Angeles. Last week several British newspapers claimed the Constantine actor had a quiet civil ceremony at a small restaurant which was only attended by family and friends. Reeves, who first dated actress Macintosh in the 1990s, was rumored to have rekindled their romance months before the wedding. The news sparked a media frenzy because Reeves is reportedly dating his Il Mare co-star Lynn Collins and has been inseparable from her in the past few weeks. But his spokeswoman has branded the allegations "completely false".

Hollywood hunk Keanu Reeves has finally proposed to his actress, girlfriend Autumn Macintosh, according to friends. The Matrix star - who reunited with Macintosh after a brief fling in the early 90s - asked the actress to be his wife in a Los Angeles restaurant, adding that he is ready for stability in his life after the past 12 years of tragedy and loss, reports Britain's Daily Star newspaper. A close friend says, "Keanu and Autumn have known each other for years. In May they got together again and over the past few months, Keanu started thinking about settling down. He has spent weeks building up to going down on one knee. Autumn said 'Yes' when he popped the question as they dined out in Los Angeles. They've both told pals to expect the announcement later this week. It will just be a simple ceremony, Keanu hates fuss and attention." Until he reunited with Macintosh, Keanu had been single since his long-term love Jennifer Syme - who tragically gave birth to the actor's stillborn child in 1999 - was killed in a car crash in 2001. He has devoted much of his time since caring for his sister Kim, who is battling leukemia in a hospital - Reeves spent $5.4 million converting from a Hollywood mansion.
