Kurt Marks was born on 6 May 1933 in Altdamm, Pomerania, Germany [now Dabie, Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland]. He was a cinematographer, known for Eolomea (1972), Signals: A Space Adventure (1970) and Anflug Alpha I (1971). He died on 14 October 2011 in Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg, Germany.
