Former President Jimmy Carter was taken to a hospital on Thursday after he collapsed at a Habitat for Humanity work site in Winnipeg, Canada, People confirms.

“President Carter was dehydrated working in the hot sun. President Carter told us he is okay and is being taken offsite for observation. He has encouraged everyone to stay hydrated and keep building,” a Habitat for Humanity spokesperson tells People.

Reporters for CBC News who were on-site covering the build said paramedics and firefighters rushed to the scene after Carter collapsed.

Trump Supporters Accuse NPR of Tweeting Out ‘Propaganda’ Before Realizing It Was Just the Declaration of Independence
Some of President Trump‘s supporters cried media bias Tuesday when NPR tweeted out the full text of a document generally considered to be synonymous with the July 4 holiday: the Declaration of Independence.

National Public Radio took its 29-year on-air tradition of reading the document created by our Founding Fathers to social media as well this year, tweeting out the nation’s founding document line by line.

But the treasured text was lost on some Twitter users, who accused NPR of spamming them, and others who interpreted the tweets as a call for a “revolution” or an attempt to spread “propaganda” against the president.

The owners of Hollywood’s Space Station Casting Studios want to bring their “actor friendly” atmosphere to a new location in West L.A. Ben Rovner and Dan Velez earlier this summer purchased the nearly decade-old casting business of the late casting director Melissa Martin after her husband, Erich Zander, put it on the market. Had a buyer not been found, the building just west of Sawtelle Boulevard would have been gutted and turned into commercial offices, according to Rovner. “We saw the potential here and stepped in and said, ‘Wait,’” he said. “We’re pretty thrilled to be able to step into a made and functioning casting facility.” 310 Casting Studios boasts eight air-conditioned casting suites, two of which are call-back studios with small production rooms attached.
