Born in Jackson Heights ,New York, Queens Hospital ,JoeLee ,"was put up for adoption as a young infant from the parents, now known as Joseph Michael Caine & Vivian Nagan.He was Informed by one of his oldest Daughter's ,To please do some research and find your parents Dad "his oldest daughter Alexandria started to search and found his pre birth certificate in the yr 2022 .
JoeLee lived in an orphanage home since the age of 4 1/2 .In New Orleans ,Louisiana,where he was adopted from Parents Mother Miriam Pal Marie & Father Michael D.Trentcosta .Just Three years after the adoption ,his Parents later divorced ,and Joelee and his adopted brother David were placed in a Boys 'Home Called Hope Haven Madona Manor .Tragically,at the age of nine,David died in the boys' home due to drowning in the pool from and epilepsy attack while swimming.
A few years later ,at the age of 11,Joelee was finally taken out by his father ,Mike ,who now had full custody of him because his mother had released custody to his father. At that time ,at a young age of 11 Joelee was forced to be on his own ,as his father lived in a senior citizen housing facility where children where not allowed. His father placed him in a girlfriend's house with no supervision. It was during this time that Joelee faced the trials and tribulations that life can bring on his journey .
His martial arts training began at the young age of 7 in the boys home ,influence by a staff member named Larry . Larry enrolled JoeLee in a Martial arts school of Tae-Kwon-Do- Hap-Ki-Do Under the legendary Martial Arts Masters Charles C Parks & Jhoon s Kim in New Orleans La.
Joseph Lee Michael's Journey from a young age always included the Dream of becoming an Action Star ,inspired by Actor's like Chuck Norris & Bruce Lee on screen that was his Dream . JoeLee jumped on a Greyhound bus to Los Angeles ,California ,to pursue a career in Film and Television one year after high school,A conversation with the Conrad family ,who took him in at a difficult time , encouraged JoeLee who was told he had what it takes to achieve any goals in his life ,as long as he worked for them and had faith.
Throughout his journey in Los Angeles ,his first job was with a moving company ,called Starving Students. He proceeded to work security details and some side construction work ,doing anything to pay the bills while pursuing his acting career and keeping a roof over his head . JoeLee later met two Master's of Martial Arts on Hollywood blvd who were looking for Instructor's He walked into a Martial Arts school ,It was called the World Tae Kwon do & Hap Ki Do Association run by Grand Master Young Moon Kwon. The Master was an established Actor in many Martial Arts old school films .The other Master Kim Chung was a Korean Kickboxer . JoeLee with his already established skill level ,asked if he could work there as an Instructor ,The Masters actually gave him the opportunity to work as a Instructor "but needed him to learn there system and way of teaching in the school .
MasterJoelee has a 5th Dan in Tae -Kwon -Do ,6th Dan Hap-Ki-Do ,4 th Dan Kenpo Karate ,a cross - trained in Kung Fu San Soo. He had the Opportunity to be trained by world - class Krav Maga Instructor Jacob Bressler & Kung Fu San Soo Instructor Robert Resein in the Art of Kung Fu San Soo as well as the Legendary Master Ed Parker in Kenpo Karate.
Throughout his Journey,"Joseph Lee Michael was Inducted in the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame and was one of the Original Kage Kombat Instructors before the UFC was Born, also coaching upcoming fighters with aspirations of becoming future UFC Champions.
Joelee's film career began to develop doing background work in several projects ,eventually leading to successfully working as a stuntman and principal acting roles. While working on the film "Lesser Evil"Full for Full Moon Productions ,he doubled Arlis Howard, The producer offered to pay for his enrollment in the Screen Actors Guild ( SAG )due to his eligibility He was a must join leaving him to possibly joining the Guild ,or not work again until the Dues or Paid. It was his professional performance and work ethic on set " That he was brought into the Film Office with Producers and Director and Principal Talent Mr Arlis Howard, & Larry Drake & Transport Guy Named Jose also Stunt Coordinator Brent Fletcher ,Then the producer issues a check to Joelee advising him that he didn't need to pay it back to just please get back here as soon as possible .Asking driver jose to take Joelee to the SAG Office ASAP . Overwhelmed with joy and appreciation he cried and thanked everyone in the office .
Joelee's nickname The Rajun Cajun" was given to him by a close friend Rene Perez ,who admired watching him fight in the ring and admired his coaching abilities. Throughout his journey in Los Angeles ,Joelee opened up his first Martial Arts Center on Venice blvd in 1994. He had to move to another location in 1996 due to property being bought out from landlords ,Joelee was forced to find another location that was located on pico blvd just a few miles away . Master Joelee and his students have also competed in several Mixed Martial Arts Tournaments ,and during the Kage Kombat events he was traveling to the SouthBay weekly on Tue & Thurs to a Gym called Neutral Grounds ,located on 228 st in the city of Torrance ca Where he was Coaching up coming future Kage Kombat fighters & upcoming future fighters from other organizations before the UFC was born.
In 1996 JoeLee opened a school on the corner of Bronson an Hollywood Blvd next to the Hollywood Courthouse. The school was named "The Rajun Cajun Martial Arts Center," Joelee had over 465 active students. However,in 2008 he faced hardships with the business due many students experiencing financially difficulties, witch made it hard for him to pay his full rent in the month of Dec of 2008 ,Joelee had to go to court and fight for his rights due to some unfair circumstances.
Master JoeLee is a Striking Coach an also teaches Muay Thai & Kickboxing & Health & Fitness for Upcoming Amateur and Pro fighter's .Also Teaching everyday human beings who would like to reach a fitness goal or a career in the fight game or just Fitness.
Since 2013 Master JoeLee has been in the Executive Protection and Security Business , Also working for Pvlmo & Luxury Line Vehicle Transportation company since 2013. In 1994 During his coaching days he also worked as a Bouncer in Hollywood night clubs ,Joelee was also a Mgr for a retail home Improvement Center called Builders Discount in Los Angeles ca .
