If Johnny Depp Doesn’t Return as Jack Sparrow, His Fans Still Have 5 New Projects of His to Wait For
Of all the projects Johnny Depp has starred in to date, his most remarkable role has unarguably been that of Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean universe. However, his chances of returning to the franchise are as bleak as ever after all the Disney abandoning him drama that ensued when he was caught in that messy divorce with his ex-wife Amber Heard.

Nonetheless, while his return to the screens through Pirates of the Caribbean 6 seems more unlikely than otherwise, his fans are still as excited for him as ever. This is because the 61-year-old actor already has five other projects in line through which he would be gracing his presence on the big screens, not to mention those untitled ones he is all set to direct!

Now that Deal or No Deal Island Season 1 is over and the Banker and the season’s winner have been revealed, the exit interviews for the final four are showing up online.
Jordan Fowler won, as revealed in the second part of the finale. Boston Rob, the hands-down fan favorite, was eliminated for what he must think is the silliest reason.
The reality show veteran is so used to the rules of Survivor that you can look at your competitor’s puzzles once they finish, but that is not the case on the Island.
After the “worst episode of the season,” Boston Rob was eliminated because he looked over at Amy’s puzzle and was penalized so much it cost him the game.

The end is near for Season 1 of Deal or No Deal Island, and fans are upset about the first part of the two-part finale.
The season has flown by, and all but four contestants have been eliminated, leaving just Dr. Stephanie Miller, Amy McCoy, and Jordan Fowler, alongside fan-favorite Boston Rob Mariano.
The entire season has been the Boston Rob show, with fans holding their breath each week, hoping he does not get eliminated from the competition.
As reported by Monsters and Critics, fans will not bother to watch another episode when Boston Rob goes home since they feel he makes the show.
Despite everything that has gone on with his alliance mates, Aron Barbell’s elimination, and Amy lying to him as she betrayed him, Boston Rob has held on to the end.
Still, fans will find out who wins in next week’s final episode, as Deal or No Deal Island...

“Top Chef” returned for its 19th season on March 3, 2022, bringing the show back to Texas — Houston, to be exact. The show was set in the Lone Star State a decade ago for season nine, stopping in cities like San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin, but not in Houston, which is the fourth most populous city in the United States of America. So how did this year’s cheftestants do? Scroll down for the results of “Top Chef: Houston,” updated every week as another chef packs their knives and goes. (Spoiler Alert for anyone not caught up on the episodes that have aired thus far.)
The 15 chefs from a wide variety of backgrounds who started the competition were Damarr Brown, Jo Chan, Monica Feybesse, Leia Gaccione, Evelyn Garcia, Robert Hernandez, Jae Jung, Jackson Kalb, Sam Kang, Luke Kolpin, Buddha Lo, Stephanie Miller, Ashleigh Shanti, Nick Wallace, and Sarah Welch. Leia Gaccione was eliminated first from “Top Chef: Houston,” but things have been looking up since then. She won the first episode of “Last Chance Kitchen” against Stephanie Miller. Then she won episode two against Sam Kang. This week, however, after a double elimination in “Doppelgangers,” Gaccione had to combat two cheftestants as she fights for a spot back in the main competition. How did she fare? Watch the battle above.
See‘Top Chef: Houston’ episode 4 recap: In ‘Doppelgangers,’ the chefs created clever lookalike dishes, then Two were eliminated
Robert Hernandez and Sarah Welch were the two eliminated from “Top Chef” this week. They’d teamed up to create identical looking dishes that tasted completely different, and while the judges were fond of a lot of their flavors, technical errors resulted in poor texture. In other weeks they might have survived, but every team stepped up their game so greatly...

Ousted “Top Chef” contestant Sam Kang is an … interesting fella. His enthusiasm for potatoes was infectious in “Friday Night Bites,” and then he went for potatoes again in “Noodles and Rice and Everything Nice.” But after running out of prep time while boiling his spuds, he ended up having to grill them at the last minute. That turned out terribly, but he insisted that was the plan the whole time, which seemed like kind of a self-own. In “Last Chance Kitchen,” though, he got a second chance at the ingredient. Watch the whole episode above.
See‘Top Chef: Houston’ episode 3 recap: ‘Noodles and Rice and Everything Nice,’ but please stop with the potatoes!

“It sucks,” admitted Leia Gaccione during her exit interview about being the first cheftestant eliminated from “Top Chef: Houston.” “You don’t put your life on hold to compete in the most prestigious cooking competition to be eliminated in the first challenge.” She had to pack her knives and go after flubbing a beef challenge in the season premiere, “Primal Instincts.”
“I made some very rookie mistakes. I was not focused. I did not pay attention to detail. It was not my best day,” she added. The season premiere was all about teamwork. For the Quickfire Challenge she joined forces with Stephanie Miller and Jae Jung to try to create one cohesive dish despite not being allowed to communicate with one another. They struggled there, producing one of the judges’ least favorite dishes with dry, overcooked pork.

“Top Chef” has held a season in Texas before, but perhaps surprisingly they never made a stop in Houston, America’s fourth largest city, until now. Season 19 of the cooking competition kicked off in the Lone Star State on Thursday night, March 3, with “Primal Instincts,” a tricky team challenge to see who was a cut (of beef) above the rest.
The 15 chefs from all walks of life competing for the $250,000 grand prize were Damarr Brown, Jo Chan, Monica Feybesse, Leia Gaccione, Evelyn Garcia, Robert Hernandez, Jae Jung, Jackson Kalb, Sam Kang, Luke Kolpin, Buddha Lo, Stephanie Miller, Ashleigh Shanti, Nick Wallace, and Sarah Welch.
Just how steep is the competition? As soon as host Padma Lakshmi invited them into the kitchen for the very first time, she asked how many of the cheftestants had been James Beard Award nominees — several hands went up. Then she asked how many of them...

Today’s declaration by Nancy Pelosi of an official impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump’s conduct in office makes the March 22 submitted Mueller Report seem like a tome from another era.
However, that era isn’t quite so far away that the officially entitled Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election can’t still be brought to the Saban Theater on October 21 for a fundraiser for the Democrats. Which, for around $25 a tix as a starting price, is exactly what will be happening with Will & Grace’s Debra Messing as her online nemesis Trump, Larry David as the narrator and recent Emmy winner and Pose star Billy Porter among the cast of You Can’t Make This Sh*t Up, Deadline has confirmed

Good morning!
Chicago-based boxer Grace Penney talked about being out in the ring with DNAinfo.com.
Yes, Virginia, Arrested Development is still going to be made into a movie — most likely.
Rachel Maddow spoke at SXSW Interactive this weekend, and although video does not seem to exist, many photos do. Just imagine her saying smart things.
How adorable are Jenna Lyons and Gf Courtney Crangi in the Vanity Fair Oscars photobooth?
Garrison Starr is going on a spring tour. Check out the video and see if she's coming for you.
What are the gayest buildings in America? California Home Design has found them for you.
A new TV network called Esquire will air all episodes of the Jane Lynch series Party Down. I'm ashamed to say I have never watched the show, so I will definitely be tuning in.

Good morning, Brewbies. If you're going to be in the Philly area this weekend, join Trish Bendix, Dana Piccoli, and Marcie Bianco at Tavern on Camac from 9-11 p.m. for a blogger meet-up after the Lgbt Media Conference.
Yesterday, Trish gave you a look at our favorite Little Liars on the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly. How about a look inside the issue this morning?
Looks like EW is Team Sparia too.
Our good friend Jim Halterman interviewed Scandal's Katie Lowe and asked her whether or not she thinks Quinn should come out as a gay lady.
What does Quinn need in her life in the romantic sense? Is it Huck? A new guy? Becoming a lesbian, maybe?
I mean, seriously! Lesbian is a good option! I think that that is not her focus at this point.

At any rate, here's hoping Mallory Owens is able to recover and get justice for the terrible violence she endured, no matter the reason.
Yesterday on The Stephanie Miller Show, lesbian host Stephanie Miller said the Salvation Army wasn't anti-gay. Now she's apologizing because, she admits, she didn't do her research.

Yes! Comedy Central has ordered a third season of the amazing Key & Peele. I just wish Comedy Central would do something to guarantee that we have Luther, President Obama's anger translator for the next four years. At this point Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert aren't enough comedy power to make up for the combined awfulness of today's Gop.
I cringed a little when I saw out host Stephanie Miller in a spot asking viewers to give to the Salvation Army (she and fellow Current host Bill Press are competing to raise more money). Then I read that Miller interviewed Major George Hood of the Salvation Army on her show and let him dismiss the organization's anti-gay history without challenge and it made me really sad. John Aravosis of AmericaBlog has collected stories that illustrate why the organization has an anti-gay reputation.

I hope no one who watched that show thinks all lesbians hate bisexual women, that Romi's back to men because she needs a man to protect her, or that being an alcoholic leads to lesbianism. On that note, here's a clip of Romi and Dusty from tonight's season finale.
Meanwhile, Sara's parents are in town for the wedding.
