As soon as I clicked play on Ty Leisher‘s Murder House, I became instantly scared that I was about to watch the worst movie of the year. The reason why? It had a production company logo appear called “Chicken Soup for the Soul Productions.” Wait, what? For those who are unfamiliar, Chicken Soup for the Soul is a massively popular series of self-help books that one of your middle school teachers probably read to you one day. If you don’t remember, they probably did. Trust me.

"There's something in this house." Screen Media Films has unveiled an official trailer for an indie horror film titled 11th Hour Cleaning, arriving on VOD directly starting in July this summer. It hasn't played at any festivals and will be skipping theaters entirely. "We're always on the hunt for original, genuinely scary horror content, and 11th Hour Cleaning really delivers," they claim. A group of crime scene cleaners struggle to escape a murder house after becoming trapped by an ancient Nordic demon that is hell-bent on driving them insane. Let's face it. You all have lost your loving feeling for episodic television that goes week to week. At least, given the dismal numbers that we're seeing on the few shows that Are airing weekly.

So, you should be pleased with many things this week, even as some networks still desperately try to get your attention for weekly viewing.

There are binge-watches dropping across multiple platforms and some great new weekly series. There are movies and horror-adjacent and teen dramas galore, with a timely docuseries dropped into the mix, too. Check it out!

Just when we thought we weren't going to be graced with a clip from tonight's episode of "The Secret Circle", entitled "Loner", lo and behold The CW has released one after all. Watch as the members of the circle meet up at the abandoned house to manage a problem.
