Raul Padilla, better known as Raul Padilla "Choforo" is a first class
Mexican actor and son of Mexican comedian Raul "Chato" Padilla and the
actress supreme Lili Inclan. Has a sister named Aurelia "Maye" Padilla
who is a writer, teacher, director and head of production for stage
plays and television.
Raul at an early age decided to follow in his famous parents footsteps.especially his father's. Who was somewhat of an icon himself having worked in the movies and television during the 60's through the 90's. Raul "Chato" Padilla instilled in his son Raul, though not so directly, the desire to be an actor, because,he traveled and toured Mexico and abroad with his family, performing with his wife in caravans. This influenced his son's childhood Raul "Choforo" immensely.
Choforito, like he likes to be called affectionately comes from a family a very artistic lineage, his dad we remember him for so many characters, but the one we have more in mind is Louie, the postman, the one from the "Chavo Del Ocho" barrio and his mother worked all her life in film, television and theater.
Some time ago he suffered from a heart condition, which had him in anguish for 15 days, they kept him asleep and the prognosis was serious, that in turn complicated the health of his lungs and kidneys, but today it is perfectly fine and talkative as ever
