Denise Pence(I)
- Actress
Denise was raised in El Paso, Texas and immediately hit the NYC Broadway "gypsy" world after attending the N.C. School for the Arts. After only two weeks in NYC, she was picked up by Michael Kidd for "The Rothschilds." She went on to perform in "Pippin" and "Follies" while being immortalized as the prototype for "Kristine" in A Chorus Line. After doing one feature film, directed by Norman Jewison, "Superstar," she found herself in the world of daytime dramas. After almost a decade on "The Guiding Light" and two "Best Supporting Actress" nominations for her role as "Katie Parker," she pretty much disappeared while raising family. Resurfacing in her current silver fox status, she is an independent artist working as an actress in indie theater, directing, producing, writing and continues to seek opportunities to work with outstanding writers and directors across the boards.
