Ping-Ou Wei was born on 29 November 1929 in Nanjing, China. He was an actor and assistant director, known for The Way of the Dragon (1972), Fist of Fury (1972) and Yi tan zhao yao jing (1977). He died on 3 December 1989 in Hong Kong.
