HBO’s planned Harry Potter TV series from Warner Bros. has long been in development for the past few years and the studio is aiming for a 2026 release. The new TV series adaptation will be transforming each of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter novels into a single season, meaning that the entire series could span seven seasons or more. The studio released a statement saying, “Each season will be authentic to the original books and bring Harry Potter and these incredible adventures to new audiences around the world, while the original, classic and beloved films will remain at the core of the franchise and available to watch globally.”
Recently, Ralph Fiennes, who portrayed the franchise’s villain Lord Voldemort, gave his approval of the suggestion that Cillian Murphy step in the role for the TV series. According to Deadline, as Fiennes appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, someone...

Daniel Radcliffe starves himself for a role? (Photo Credit – Prime Video)
To bring Yossi Ghinsberg’s insane survival story to life in Jungle, Daniel Radcliffe starved himself. Yep, the dude didn’t eat for two days. Talk about next-level dedication.
Daniel Radcliffe didn’t just play a guy lost in the jungle—he practically lived it. In the movie, he took on the role of Yossi, a stranded traveler battling creepy crawlies and hunting for food in the wild. But here’s the kicker: to look the part, Radcliffe ditched the usual Hollywood tricks and went full old-school—by barely eating.
On Lorraine, he casually spilled the tea on his “diet,” which consisted of one fillet of white fish and a protein bar per day. And did that even feel like too much? He just stopped eating altogether. “I didn’t eat for two days,” he shrugged, making it sound...

Fans picked Deadpool & Wolverine star Ryan Reynolds as well as Adam Sandler as some of the most overrated stars in Hollywood. In a vox pop by a popular page, common folk in the UK were asked about who they think are the most overrated stars in Hollywood, and Reynolds, Sandler, and Timothée Chalamet seemed to dominate the list.
While some members of the list may deserve it, others such as Chalamet have proved why they are at the top. Even actors like Adam Sandler and Dwayne Johnson, who were featured in the list, seem to be taking on roles that are not of their usual style. The jury is still out, however, on these stars.

Sky Ferreira’s rise to fame might seem like a dream come true, but the reality behind the success is far from a fairy tale. Despite receiving glowing praise for her debut album Night Time, My Time, the 32-year-old Los Angeles-born singer has shouldered significant financial struggles since parting ways with Capitol Records. The road to artistic freedom is rarely paved with gold, and for Ferreira, it’s been a tough pill to swallow.

She didn’t hold back when hinting at the bumpy ride she endured with her former label, making it clear that it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. The split left her not just emotionally drained but financially stretched as well, and now she’s left with little to show for the hard work she put in.

Rupert Grint, best known for playing Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, owes £1.8 million ($2.3 million) to the United Kingdom’s Hmrc tax agency.
The actor’s residual earnings from the wizarding series were incorrectly classified as capital assets instead of income, leading to a significant tax bill.
Grint attempted to reduce his taxable income in 2011 by establishing Clay 10 Limited, a company to which he sold his residual rights as capital. Despite this strategy, Judge Harriet Morgan ruled in favor of Hmrc, stating that the residuals — primarily from TV and DVD sales of the Harry Potter films — are income and not capital.
Clay 10 currently holds over £27 million ($34 million) in equity, according to a December 2023 filing.
Using the so-called “Beatles clause,” a similar tax avoidance strategy employed by the Beatles in the 1960s, Hmrc claimed that Grint sought to pay a lower capital gains tax instead of income tax by selling his rights to the company.

Did Daniel Radcliffe Ever Show Up Drunk On Set Of Harry Potter? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Daniel Radcliffe once admitted that he sometimes hit the Harry Potter set still feeling the effects of wild, boozy nights. According to The Independent, he opened up about his struggles with alcohol during interviews before quitting in August 2010. But there’s a twist. “I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work,” the actor clarified.
Take a moment to process that. Radcliffe even confessed he could pinpoint scenes where his performance wasn’t all there. “Dead behind the eyes,” he called it. For fans, it’s bittersweet. While Harry Potter holds a magical place in our hearts, hearing this adds a layer of heartbreak. Imagine not being fully present for something so iconic—and for Radcliffe, it clearly wasn’t easy either.

J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World has often been hailed as a universe steeped in magic, wonder, and adventure. But in the mix of spells and flying broomsticks, the fact that often gets overlooked is how the characters are profoundly shaped by trauma, loss, and heartbreak. And by characters, we don’t mean just Harry Potter, for there are other unsung heroes like Neville Longbottom, whose deep emotional scars got sidelined in the process.

Considering how people often end up focusing on the titular character’s hardships and the weight of being the “Chosen One”, the emotional journeys of characters as Neville gets overshadowed down the lane. So it’s time to unveil the facade of bravery and humor and take a closer look at Neville’s unseen trauma, which may be far more profound than we ever realized.

John C. Reilly, the Oscar-nominated actor whose film credits seem to include at least one movie on any person’s list of all-time favorites, is in a good mood when we connect by phone two days before Thanksgiving, and says he’s about to buy his turkey.

Although USA and Syfy come in real handy around the holidays when they put on their Harry Potter movie marathons, the films are also streaming online year-round
And while the “Harry Potter” franchise came to a close in 2011 with the release of the final film, the movies continue to be a “feel-good” favorite while the Wizarding World story continues on in the ongoing “Fantastic Beasts” franchise, with the third film having hit theaters in April.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe had never seen an episode of Game of Thrones until the penultimate installment of Season 8 aired in 2019. While many of us here dropped everything to tune in every Sunday, some didn’t have time for it.

The most successful author in the world turned out to become the most controversial when she took a hard and fast stance against certain trans ideologies. She believed that trans women are men and trans men are women. The end point of this belief is that trans women should not share the same private spaces with women.
This did not only bring her criticisms from fans and even the press – let’s not talk about that carefully worded Warner Bros statement – but from the stars of Warner Bros’s hit ‘Harry Potter’ franchise, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson.
Is she right, is she wrong, HBO doesn’t care. What they care about is that she puts that creative mind to work to bring the beloved books back onscreen for the benefit of a whole new generation of movie lovers.

While the Harry Potter movies have been a cult classic franchise and an element of nostalgia for fans, there’s no denying that Potterheads are somewhat sore from the fact that the movies scrapped a few of the essential aspects from the novels. But thankfully, now that HBO is planning on a TV reboot of J.K. Rowling’s magical story, there seems to be hope for salvation.
A still from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone | image: Warner Bros.
Potterheads seem to be armed with a list of important plots that were previously left out of the movies. One among them is the origin story of Lord Voldemort, which not only explains the tragedy of the Gaunt family but also rationalizes the cause behind the Dark Lord’s sociopathy. Therefore, based on fans’ eagerness for this plot, HBO should vehemently include it in the potential TV series.

Jk Rowling’s right to express her personal views has been defended by Warner Bros, as the studio prepares to film the new Harry Potter TV series.
The Times of London reports that the studio has released a statement clarifying its support for the author, who has faced widespread criticism in recent years for her views on trans and women’s rights.
The studio said: “We are proud to once again tell the story of Harry Potter — the heartwarming books that speak to the power of friendship, resolve and acceptance.
“Jk Rowling has a right to express her personal views. We will remain focused on the development of the new series, which will only benefit from her involvement.”
Rowling was first described as “transphobic” in 2020 when she moved a brand using the term “people who menstruate” instead of the word “woman” in an article. She has since gone on to defend her gender-critical stance,...

What Did Daniel Radcliffe Say About His Masturbation Habit As A Teen? ( Photo Credit – Flickr )
Alright, here’s the deal: Daniel Radcliffe once got tangled in some super awkward vibes after cracking a joke about masturbation in an interview with Playboy. The convo kicked off with the interviewer asking about life on the Harry Potter set, and Radcliffe, just being his usual chill self, dropped a Louis C.K. line about discovering wanking at 11. “I didn’t skip a day,” he joked. No biggie, right? But of course, the internet went wild and somehow turned it into a rumor that Radcliffe was getting a little too cozy in his trailer during Potter shoots. Yeah, that’s not exactly what went down.
Naturally, Daniel wasn’t about to let that slip-up stand. In a follow-up chat with NME, he made sure to set the record straight: “It’s frustrating when you tell a story and say,...

When Viola Davis Advocated For Equal Pay (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Viola Davis has never been one to back down. She made it clear regarding equal pay: you pay me what I’m worth during a candid chat with Tina Brown at the Women in the World salon; the Oscar, Emmy, and Tony-winning powerhouse didn’t hold back. She spilled the harsh truth about the pay disparity in Hollywood, especially for women of color. And she didn’t mince words.
“We won’t talk about gender inequality of pay,” Davis said. “Because… what [some women] are getting paid, which is half of what a man is getting paid…well, we get probably a tenth of what a Caucasian woman gets.” Yeah, she said a tenth. And mind you, this comes from a star who’s often top-billing. Despite her decades of experience across film, TV, and theater, she’s still had to hustle—hard.

Will Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein Have a Theatrical Run? - Main Image
Netflix has been able to secure some contracts with several creatives over the past few years, but recently the streaming giant has been getting flak for refusing to release their movies theatrically—which loses some potential for profit when it comes to movies.

Did Daniel Radcliff stand in a line to meet Sachin Tendulkar? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Here’s a plot twist for the books—Daniel Radcliffe, Harry Potter himself, once queued up like any regular cricket fan to meet Sachin Tendulkar. Yep, the Boy Who Lived turned into the fan who waited, all for an autograph from the Master Blaster.
The scene? Lord’s Cricket Ground, 2007. England and India were locked in a nail-biting Test match that ended in a draw. But for Radcliffe, the real win came after the game. He queued up, book in hand, just to meet Tendulkar. “My friends and I were thrilled to meet Sachin and get his autograph. I am a huge fan; he is truly a legend,” he later said. Turns out even wizards have heroes.
And don’t forget—Radcliffe is a cricket fanatic through and through. Back in the day, he dreamed of rocking the England jersey.

Here’s why the Spider-Man suit disappointed Tom Holland (Photo Credit – Instagram)
When Tom Holland first slid into the iconic Spider-Man suit, he expected to feel like a superhero. But instead, he was disappointed. Why? His suit wasn’t ready, so he had to borrow his stunt doubles. And guess what? It didn’t fit. At all. “It wasn’t quite as heroic as I would have hoped,” Tom said. “He was much bigger than I was. So when I wore the first Spider-Man costume, it was kind of baggy and saggy around the face and stuff.” It was not precisely the Spidey debut he had in mind.
But here’s the twist: Tom was still living the dream despite the suit being slightly off. The kid who always felt too small—especially in rugby class—was now part of the Avengers. And that’s a flex. Tom grew up feeling out of place.

Will Chris Pine be in Wonder Woman 3? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
So, here’s the deal: Chris Pine isn’t all in on returning for Wonder Woman 3. The dude seems ready to pass the torch after two films playing the legendary Steve Trevoh. Pine, who first graced the screen in Wonder Woman (2017), nailed the chemistry with Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince. That on-screen romance? It hit us right in the feels. And let’s be honest, his death at the movie’s end? Still hurts. But then came Wonder Woman 1984, and shocker—Steve was somehow back in the flesh.
But now? Pine’s throwing cold water on the “Steve Trevor Returns” hype for the next movie. Talking to Et while promoting I Am the Night, Pine gave a pretty solid “nope” on a comeback, saying, “I think Steve’s done. I think Steve’s done his bit. I wish them all the luck in the world.

Here’s why Scarlett Johannson refused to play a Trans character (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Scarlett Johansson pulled the plug on her Rub & Tug role faster than we could say “bad casting call.” She was all set to play Dante “Tex” Gill—a 1970s transgender crime boss—until the internet blew up over it. The issue? The Avengers star isn’t trans, and the LGBTQ+ community wasn’t having it. Cue the backlash.
At first, Scarlett went into full defense mode, pointing fingers at other actors who played trans characters. “Criticism can be directed to Jeffrey Tambor, Jared Leto, and Felicity Huffman’s reps,” she quipped. Not the best move. Trans advocates like Jamie Clayton and Transparent star Trace Lysette weren’t thrilled. Lysette tweeted, “I wouldn’t be as upset if I was getting in the same rooms as Jennifer Lawrence and Scarlett for cis roles, but we know that’s not the case.

Ellen DeGeneres & Portia De Rossi Moved To The UK. (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Ellen DeGeneres, just like many of the other Hollywood A-listers, was a staunch supporter of Democratic presidential nominee and US Vice President Kamala Harris during this year’s presidential election.
However, with President-elect Donald Trump now making his unprecedented return to the White House after a gap of four years, the comedian might have been compelled to make a hasty move, which several of her acquaintances have previously vouched to do.
Ellen DeGeneres and her partner, Portia de Rossi, have reportedly decided to leave the US.

Christian Wilkins on Eva Mendes Rumor (Photo Credit – Instagram)
In a moment of unexpected confession, Christian Wilkins, son of Aussie TV legend Richard Wilkins, seemed to drop a major bombshell on The Kyle and Jackie O Show. During a chat, Christian confirmed the long-standing rumors that his dad once dated Hollywood beauty Eva Mendes.
“Who’s that girl that he dated? It was a secret, a movie star,” Kyle asked, hinting at the mystery romance. “Eva Mendes,” Jackie O quickly answered, to which Kyle pressed further: “What’s the go with that?” A little caught off guard, Christian casually replied, “I didn’t even realize that was public knowledge, so there you go.”
And just like that, Christian made it official—what had been pure gossip for years now had some weight to it. But before things went into full public disclosure, Christian followed up with, “Oh, I don’t think it is,...

Denise Richards And Charlie Sheen Reunion (Photo Credit – Instagram)
So, here’s the twist no one saw coming: When Denise Richards married Aaron Phypers, her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, made the guest list. Yep, the same Sheen from their famously turbulent past. But Richards had a surprising reason for extending the olive branch—or wedding invite. It wasn’t about rekindling old sparks; it was about their kids.
“No matter what’s gone down with Charlie and me, I invite him to do everything he has to do with the kids,” Denise said on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The couple’s divorce was drama-filled, but she’s about keeping the family vibe positive for their daughters, Sam and Lola. No messy past is going to mess with that.
Denise and Charlie’s relationship has seen some Wild Things. Their divorce came with its share of headlines, legal skirmishes, and very public ups and downs.

Daniel Radcliffe Discussing Game of Thrones (Photo Credit – Netflix)
So, here’s a fun thought: Daniel Radcliffe wouldn’t mind getting killed in a quick, bloody scene on Game of Thrones. In a interview, Radcliffe spilled the tea about his post-Harry Potter life, and it turns out he’s down for brief stints in TV shows—especially if it means a dramatic, heroic (or unheroic) death on HBO’s legendary fantasy series.
“I would love to,” Radcliffe said about possibly joining Game of Thrones. “If they want just to bring me in and f–king kill me, I would be so happy to do that.” No long-term contracts, no tedious character arcs—show up, make a grand entrance, and get brutally offed. Classic Radcliffe, right? It sounds like he’s embracing the freedom that comes with life after the Harry Potter fame explosion, which makes sense given his desire to...

What Did Tom Holland Say About His & Zendaya’s Height Difference? (Photo Credit – Koimoi)
Tom Holland? He’s not here for that “guys need to be taller than the girls they date” nonsense. He straight-up called it a “stupid assumption.” Yup, you heard that right. During an interview with SiriusXM before the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Tom and Zendaya shut down all the chatter about their height difference, saying it’s no biggie.
Here’s the deal: Zendaya’s 5’10”, Tom’s 5’8”. It’s not exactly a giant gap, but of course, people love to talk. And ever since they started their Spider-Man journey, fans on social media couldn’t help but comment on their height difference, especially after the two dropped some funny moments on The Graham Norton Show. Zendaya made it clear that she wasn’t bothered by it—after all, her mom is taller than her dad.

Daniel Radcliffe Almost Quit Acting Before Harry Potter Role? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Yep, the actor who became a global legend as the Boy Who Lived almost called it quits before his journey even started. Harry Potter casting director Janet Hirshenson spilled the tea on how Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint ended up in Harry Potter, and trust me, it wasn’t an easy pick.
The whole casting process? Total marathon. J.K. Rowling was heavily involved and had a checklist that was no joke. First, it waonly about British actorsly, and Harry needed to rocr blue or green eyes. As Hirshenson said, “We said, ‘Oh, drat! He’s great, but he has brown eyes.’” It wasn’t just about being a good actor but also about having that perfect look for the role.
Then came Radcliffe. At first, he wasn’t exactly feeling it. In fact, he was done with acting.

There has been no greater example of the ‘art vs the artist’ debate than J.K. Rowling and her recent statements. The Harry Potter author became a controversial figure after she took a strong anti-trans stance on her online persona, drawing intense backlash from fans of the fantasy series which spoke so much about inclusion.
While Rowling’s statements may have drawn the disapproval of actors Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint, Warner Bros. and HBO seem to have no issues with her image. The author is reportedly heavily involved in the upcoming reboot of the franchise as a series on HBO.

We have apparently seen the end of the Indiana Jones franchise, as Harrison Ford has stated that The Dial Of Destiny is the last time he’ll don the fedora and whip. Well, it will be the action and adventure franchise’s end unless Disney decides to squeeze every last drop they can out of it, which is never out of the question. Film fans always need something else to fill in their viewing void, so what are the best adventure movies like Indiana Jones for fans of the Indiana Jones series to check out?

According to Variety, Warner Bros. Discovery has decided to bring J.K. Rowling back into the fold for a new HBO series based on her famous Harry Potter books.
This decision comes despite her controversial views on transgender issues, which have alienated many fans and cast members over the past few years.
Rowling, who openly shared her beliefs on trans identities back in June 2020, faced immediate backlash from prominent Harry Potter film series stars like Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Eddie Redmayne, all of whom supported trans and nonbinary rights.
Major fan sites such as MuggleNet and The Leaky Cauldron also cut ties with her future endeavors. Despite this, Warner Bros. issued a statement emphasizing their commitment to diversity and inclusion, though without directly addressing Rowling’s stance.

Did Zendaya Wear A $50 Dress To Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2017? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Zendaya, the queen of red carpets, made a statement at one of her first Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards appearance in a $50 dress. Yes, you read that right! The simplicity of her lingerie-inspired look was elevated with a bold Nirav Modi Mughal choker. An additional tangerine eyeshadow gave the actress a monochromatic beauty moment. The result? A grown-up, elegant Zendaya stealing the spotlight, even in an event like the KCAs.

Daniel Radcliffe In A Reflective Moment During An Interview (Photo Credit – Instagram)
It turns out that even Harry Potter himself had a wild streak. In 2012, Daniel Radcliffe admitted he’d had a few memorable encounters with fans—yes, the Harry Potter kind. In an interview, Radcliffe got candid about his life during and after his Harry Potter days, including some less-than-squeaky-clean moments.
“I was always very nervous about the groupie thing,” he revealed. “I like to like somebody before I sleep with them. You know you’ll have to talk to them afterward, even if it is a one-night stand.” Still, he confessed, “I have… That has happened, but generally speaking, I’ve known the person. Apart from a few times when I was drinking.”

When J.K. Rowling first went public in June 2020 about her belief that transgender women are men and transgender men are women, many of the stars of the “Harry Potter” and “Fantastic Beasts” movies — including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Eddie Redmayne — immediately spoke out in support of trans and nonbinary rights and identity. Two of the biggest Harry Potter fan communities, MuggleNet and The Leaky Cauldron, denounced Rowling’s views and severed ties with the author’s future projects. And Warner Bros. released a carefully worded statement that “a diverse and inclusive culture has never been more important to our company and to our audiences around the world” — which, while not mentioning Rowling or trans and nonbinary people, did at least put some rhetorical distance between the studio and the creative force behind one of its most enduring and lucrative franchises.
Four years later, the landscape looks quite different.

All About Christian Bale And Dick Cheney’s Alleged Feud Over Vice (Photo Credit – Wikimedia)
So, did Dick Cheney really call Christian Bale a dick? After Bale’s epic turn as the former VP in the 2018 movie Vice, Cheney wasn’t showing him praise. Instead, he took the backdoor route and allegedly sent a shady message through Bale’s son’s school. It all went down like this: Bale, who famously gained 40 pounds for the role, revealed in an interview that one of the moms at his son’s school was at a party with Cheney.
She casually mentioned she’d be seeing Bale soon and asked if Cheney had anything to say to him. Cheney’s response? “Tell him he’s a d**k.” No joke. Bale initially thought it was funny, but when the mom clarified there was no humor, the actor realized that the former VP wasn’t exactly cracking a smile.

Was Gwyneth Paltrow Offered A Key Role In James Cameron’s Titanic? (Photo Credit – Prime Video/Instagram)
Picture this: Gwyneth Paltrow as Rose in Titanic. Wild, right? It almost happened. Paltrow was right in the mix before Kate Winslet claimed the role and made movie magic with Leonardo DiCaprio. James Cameron, the mastermind behind Titanic, wanted to avoid the obvious. Winslet was already earning a nickname in Hollywood: “Corset Kate.” By the mid-’90s, she had become synonymous with historical dramas, thanks to roles in Sense and Sensibility, Jude, and Kenneth Branagh’s Hamlet. Why Do Harry Potter Star Daniel Radcliffe Avoid Social Media? (Photo Credit – Facebook)
Sorry, Harry Potter fans, but Daniel Radcliffe isn’t about to start tweeting or posting selfies anytime soon. The actor, who shot to fame as the boy wizard, just dropped the real reason he stays off social media—and it’s pretty relatable.
In an episode of First We Feast’s Hot Ones, Radcliffe admitted he thought about getting a Twitter but quickly realized it would only lead to drama. “I would love to say there’s some sort of intellectual, well-thought-out reason for this, but I 100 percent know that if I did, you all would be waking up to stories of like, “‘Dan Radcliffe gets into fight with random person on Twitter,’” he said. Yeah, he knows how this would go.
The Harry Potter star also confessed he’s been down the rabbit hole of reading online comments about himself.

Did Christian Bale Almost Lose Out Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins? (Photo Credit – Facebook)
Christian Bale’s commitment to his roles? Next-level. The acclaimed actor is known for undergoing dramatic transformations for his characters. However, when he was gunning for the role of Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins, his dedication almost backfired. After losing 60 pounds for The Machinist, he bulked up a ridiculous 100 pounds of muscle to get into Batman shape. But here’s the catch: he got too big. Nolan, being a perfectionist, freaked out and told Bale to lose 30 pounds—or no Batsuit. Talk about a major oops moment.
Bale had already shredded his body for The Machinist, surviving on just an apple, coffee, and water—plus a little whisky and cigarettes to speed up the process. So when the Batman producers saw him after filming, they got worried. If he wanted to play Batman, Bale needed to get back into form.

Will Daniel Radcliffe Reprise Harry Potter Role In HBO Reboot? (Photo Credit – Facebook)
So, about that Harry Potter TV series? Don’t hold your breath waiting for Daniel Radcliffe to show up. The actor who made The Boy Who Lived a global icon isn’t planning to appear in the Harry Potter reboot.
In a chat with E! News, Radcliffe quickly shut down any rumors of reprising the titular role in the show. “I don’t think so,” he said. “I think they very wisely want to [have] a clean break. And I don’t know if it would work to have us do anything in it.” Translation: He’s fine stepping aside and letting the new crew take over. The 34-year-old actor is all about watching the magic unfold like the rest of us—no need to resurrect his old role.
When asked if he’d consider joining if the Max production team came knocking,...

The four day Propstore auction is under way and the Marauder’s Map has become the most expensive prop from the Harry Potter films to sell at the auction.
The Propstore auction is currently ongoing and if you have some extra cash, you could bag yourself items from excellent films and TV shows, including Buffy The Vampire Slayer, 300, Gremlins and Aliens, just to name a few.
One of the most sought after items are props from the Harry Potter films. There are a plethora of wands and other props, including a giant chocolate frog, that buyers can bid on. Did you know that part of the first movie in the "Harry Potter" film franchise ("Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," as it's known in the U.S.) is different depending on which country you live in? If you didn't, you're not alone — "Harry Potter" fans are shocked that they never noticed.
As People Magazine reported, a fan account on Instagram — which, it should be said, bears the pretty official-looking title @harrypotter — posted a clip from the first "Harry Potter" film showing Hermione Granger (Emma Watson), Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint), and Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) discussing the mysterious object lurking underneath a guarded trap door at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the version released in the United Kingdom, Hermione calls it the "Philosopher's Stone," but in the American one, she calls it the "Sorcerer's Stone."

HBO is currently working on getting a new Harry Potter TV show off the ground. They're casting young actors to play Harry, Ron and Hermione and may be trying to woo veteran English actor Mark Rylance to play Dumbledore. They want to adapt all seven of author J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books with a level of detail that the Harry Potter movies couldn't squeeze in.
This means at least seven seasons of the show, which could keep fans occupied for a long while. Not that we'll be seeing actual episodes anytime soon. Speaking to reporters, HBO executive Casey Blows speculated that we wouldn't be watching the series until the start of 2027, but even that's just a guess; "don’t hold me to any of that,” he added, per Indiewire. They have a lot of work ahead of them before they can be sure about a release date.

Where Are They Now? Checking in on Former Child Stars - Main Image
Being a celebrity is no joke, and while some adults have problems with handling wealth and fame, several child stars had to deal with so much pressure at a much earlier age.
Child actors have been known to have very tough lives outside of the lighthearted shows they’ve been on, and their transition to adulthood is usually paved with all kinds of mistakes made public because of their status.
Not everyone manages to make the peaceful transition from child actor to just actor, and we take a look at the status of some promising young talents from before and where they ended up today.

According to Deadline, Macaulay Culkin has joined the second season of Prime Video’s breakout series from Kilter Films in a recurring role.
While no one has it on lock the exact character he will be playing in the show, there’s reports his character will be that of a crazy genius-type person. So maybe like the type ‘Harry Potter‘s’ Daniel Radcliffe played in ‘Lost City’ and “Now You See Me 2,’ minus the million dollars.
All We Know About Macaulay Culkin’s Role In ‘Fallout’ Season 2
Based on the video game series from Bethesda Game Studios, ‘Fallout’ explores the struggle happening in “a future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles brought about by nuclear decimation,” thereby forcing “citizens to live in underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation, mutants and bandits.”
