Australian-born actress and dancer. She began on stage with the J.C. Williamson company. She later married bandleader Phil Harris, accompanied him to Hollywood and was signed to play supporting roles in Warner Brothers second features. After the end of her film career in the 1940's, she became a dance instructor with the Arthur Murray studio.
