Carola Regnier was born on 2 April 1943 in Pähl, Bavaria, Germany. She was an actress and director, known for Die Manns - Ein Jahrhundertroman (2001), Die Dreigroschenoper (1995) and Hedda Gabler (1978). She died on 29 November 2011 in Berlin, Germany.

After she had been trained to be a ballet dancer, she studied at the Bochum Drama School.

Daughter of <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0753687/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Charles Regnier</a> and <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0917153/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Pamela Wedekind</a>.
