In 1956, he recorded with
Pierre Spiers and his Orchestra the French song "C'est Noël" which was written by
Henri Betti (music) and
Jean Manse (lyrics) for
Fernandel in
Honoré de Marseille (1956). The scene where Fernandel sang the song had been deleted at the editing.
