Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker: Folie a Deux is probably the biggest disappointment of this year so far. People were hyped up about it and anticipated every announcement regarding Joker 2. The 2024 movie is the sequel to 2021’s Ghostbusters: Afterlife. It featured Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mackenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor and Logan Kim. In addition, the Og Ghostbusters cast comprising Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, and William Atherton reprised their roles in the movie. Also, Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, Emily Alyn Lind, and James Acaster joined them.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire was released in March this year and opened to $45.00 million in the US.

The Ant-Man star was seen carrying a large pack of water bottles at Temple University by MSNBC National Correspondent Jacob Soboroff, who ran over to Rudd and asked him what brought him out.

“Only Murders in the Building” Season 4 was packed with guest stars — and most of them will be submitted for winter awards consideration, Gold Derby has learned exclusively.

Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez will enter in lead as usual at the Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards. The Hulu comedy will submit Michael Cyril Creighton (the show’s only other credited series regular), Zach Galifianakis, Richard Kind, Eugene Levy, Kumail Nanjiani, and Paul Rudd in supporting actor at both shows. In supporting actress, Eva Longoria, Jane Lynch, Melissa McCarthy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Molly Shannon, and Meryl Streep will be entered.

At the SAG Awards, which doesn’t split between lead and supporting, Martin and Short will be the sole male submissions in comedy actor. Gomez will be submitted in comedy actress along with Longoria, Shannon, and Streep.

Martin, Short, and Gomez are the only actors who appeared in all 10 episodes of the fourth season.

The cast of Only Murders in the Building has become more and more star-studded over the years, and as it approaches its fourth season, the starpower has gone through the roof. The third season recruited Meryl Streep, who remains on board for Season 4, Paul Rudd, Jesse Williams, Ashley Park and more. The murder of Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch), who played Charles-Haden Savage’s stunt double on Brazzos at the end of Season 3 provided the cliffhanger to transition into a fourth installment.
