Sicari, and Sally Stark in the cast. George Haimsohn and Robin Miller wrote the book and lyrics. Jim Wise was composer. Peter Harvey was set and costume designer. Martin Aronstein was lighting designer. Richard J. Leonard was vocal arranger. Bonnie Ano was assistant choreographer.
