Vladimir Strokan was born on 2 March 1958 in the Soviet Union. He was an actor, known for The Last Border: Viimeisellä rajalla (1993), Battle for Sevastopol (2015) and Blue Moon (2002). He died on 7 March 2022 in Ukraine.
