A bubble-gum pop singer in the 1980s, Tiffany had several Top 40 hits. Now, she's turned to country music after a failed R&B album.

An aunt became her legal guardian until she turned 18 after having been denied legal emancipation.

She was discovered singing country music at age 11 or 12 on a country music show by producer George Tobin, who became her manager.
