It’s time for a new episode of our series Revisited, and with this one we’re looking back at the 2009 sci-action movie Universal Soldier: Regeneration, the attempt to rescue the Universal Soldier franchise after the disappointment of Universal Soldier: The Return in 1999. In today’s bulletin, Olivia Colman leads the cast of BBC’s pantomime “Cinderella”; season 3 of “Das Boot” commences production; Discovery Plus orders a Dutch adaptation of ITV Studios format “Sex Tape”; and Amazon India reveals Hindi-language anthology “Unpaused.”

Olivia Colman (“The Crown”) and Anya Taylor-Joy (“The Queen’s Gambit”) will headline a virtual version of popular Christmas pantomime “Cinderella,” on BBC Two.

“Cinderella: A Comic Relief Pantomime,” is executive produced by Richard Curtis (“Love Actually”). Colman will make her pantomime debut as the fairy godmother while Taylor-Joy plays the title role. The cast also includes Guz Khan (“Man Like Mobeen”), Tom Hollander (“The Night Manager”), Helena Bonham Carter (“The Crown”), Rege-Jean Page (“Roots”), Jimmy Akingbola (“Rev”) Daisy May and Charlie Cooper (“This Country”).

The show is written by the Dawson Brothers, based on an original script by Ben Crocker, and directed by Matt Lipsey for Crook Productions. It airs on the BBC Dec.

I love a good (or so bad its good) monster movie – as you can probably tell by the number of them I’ve reviewed here at Nerdly. So when a new one comes along I’m always excited to see what “delights” they will bring. Will they do something original? Or be completely off the wall? Recently the monster movie has seen a resurgence of the “nature gone wild” format – in particular the killer shark movie. Opening in theaters today, February 8, is Spiders, director Tibor Tak&#225cs' sci-fi thriller that takes a household pest to incredible new heights. Christa Campbell and Patrick Muldoon star as Rachel and Jason, a divorced couple who must work together to stop the outbreak of massive killer spiders in New York City. Millennium Enteratinment has released a new clip, featuring a scientist discussing the history behind these arachnids, and what they are truly capable of.

To celebrate the release of the film in theaters and on Premium VOD this Friday, February 8th, we caught up with stars of the movie Christa Campbell and Patrick Muldoon, as well as their director Tibor Tak&#225cs (The Gate), for a chat about this thrilling sci-fi monster movie.

Millennium Entertainment announced today that they're planning a February 8, 2013 limited release of Spiders 3D. The theatrical cut will be rated PG-13 with a running time of 89 minutes and Spiders will also be released the same day via VOD platforms nationwide in 2D.

Conan shows off his advanced swordplay abilities, the blood flows, and heads drop to the ground. I love the way he twirls his blade around his victims before he kills them.

I am one of the people on the fence about this remake, even though the promotional materials look good. I hope all the good points are not being showcased and spoiled in the movie trailers and this TV spot.

The battles look good, great cinematography, but can the intensity of the Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s 1982 film really be recreated?...

Tibor Takacs loves his eight legged freaks. Only a few years ago he tackled helming giant arachnids in 'Ice Spiders' and now he's hard at work in post on his newest arac attack flick 'Spiders 3D'.
