Before he became an actor, Warren was a successful illustrator, with
his work appearing in such publications as "Life" magazine and "The
Saturday Evening Post". In 1942 he was given a one-man show by
actor/art aficionado Vincent Price, and Katharine Hepburn purchased seven of his works.
"B" western actor; later turned to painting.
In 1968 he moved to Maui, HI, where he remained until his death in 2001.
