- Richard's story begins on a gravel road in Tennessee. Richard Lee Warren was born in a livery stable just outside of Dyresburg. To this day when people ask if he was born in a barn, he must respond yes. Growing up being educated by Sesame Street and entertained by the Three Stooges, Richard knew that acting was his calling. His first performance was in a Memphis coffee house at the age of 13. From there he honed his skills entertaining the boys in gym class and in detention. After conquering the chitlin' circuit and Savannah College of Art and Design, Richard was ready to move on and leave the lake for the ocean (it's a metaphor). He arrived in the city of angels (Los Angeles, CA) with little more than the shirt on his back and like Gene Kelly in Singin' In The Rain, he worked every facet of the industry, from grip to stunt. He began landing small roles and paving his own way. A member of the Actor's Co-op Theatre Company, Richard has performed lead roles in two critically acclaimed productions-"The Habitation of Dragons" and "The Boys Next Door". He has directed two short films, "Role of a Lifetime" and "Tahoe + 2" that are currently making the rounds of the festival circuit. Richard is an immensely and uniquely talented individual who is truly "ready" for his closeup, whether impersonating Elmer Fudd, delivering a Shakespearean soliloquy or being your best friend...with a secret. His story continues....somewhere in the San Fernando Valley...maybe even right now as you read this...- IMDb Mini Biography By: Gym Lippton
