Wernick recently partnered up with Matthew Spradlin in developing, writing, and producing a new Teen Comedy/Horror movie called "Detention: Bad Kids Go To Hell" for which they are currently seeking financing and plan to shoot by the end of summer 2007. Wernick will be starring in the film and Spradlin is currently slated to direct. (January 2007)
