The best acting is effortless. When everything is electric and just buzzing right along and it's impossible to make mistakes. When you truly have that bond with another actor, it's amazing. Having the audience in the palm of your hand and being able to make them weep, or laugh or scream. It's a beautiful feeling.

It's their uniqueness that brought them notice - and let them stand out in the crowd. And it is often their 'flaws' that become their 'calling card'....that special thing you remember them by.

The better care you take of yourself, the more you have to offer others. So take exceptional care of the gift that is you! You deserve it.
