    • Trivia
Elizabeth left home at 15 years of age to star in a musical Christmas Pantomime in London, as well as touring and West End London theatre's "The Boyfriend," "West Side Story" and many British Television Shows. Her sister, Dela, already had an impressive career as an Opera singer. She was the soloist at the Royal Albert Hall for Royalty and starred in West End plays, and on television.

Elizabeth has "showbiz in her blood," from her grandfather who sang and danced in music halls, to her mother singing with the big bands during the Second World War. Her mother became a studio hairstylist, working on "Great Expectations", "Oliver" and "Witness for the Prosecution" and also "Moby Dick", where she was to meet Elizabeth's father, Eric, a renowned studio makeup artist.

Elizabeth's uncle, Stanley Hall was also a legend in show business. His WIG CREATIONS company did the wigs for many films, including "Cleopatra" with Elizabeth Taylor. Many stars became his friends and Elizabeth remembers staying in the "Vivian Leigh Suite" at his house in the country where Vivian and Noel Coward would go for weekends!

When Elizabeth first emigrated to the United States, she had to put her acting career on hold as she was a single parent she then got a job in PR and ended up taking Tom Cruise to his first interview with Merv Griffin for Risky Business. So many chapters and such an interesting life, being an executive Assistant to Ridley Scott (Director) and Don Bellisario (Quantum Leap, Magnum PI and JAG) and then going to Rome to meet the Pope to work as Executive Assistant to Tony Verna -- the Producer and Director of Live Aid etc; ( he invented instant replay) for a live historical event for World Peace. She eventually opened up her own very successful Film and TV Location business in Los Angeles, 'Ascot Locations', where she worked on TV shows like '24' and 'XFiles' and many feature films.

Elizabeth's showbiz life continues with her husband, Lorin Dreyfuss, a comedy writer, actor and producer (and the brother of Richard Dreyfuss who lives in San Diego.) Lorin and Elizabeth moved to the Palm Springs area after Elizabeth sold 'Ascot Locations' after 15 years in business.

She sang with the Desert Cities Jazz Band with Hal Linden on clarinet, and those who heard her astounded, kept asking where she was singing --- only she wasn't. So she decided to write a cabaret show that stars Elizabeth and her 'Opera singer sister' Dela, who was a child prodigy with a singing range of 4 octaves. It was one way to get back to their original musical roots and show off their talents. Her show 'Relatively singing' at the Indian Wells Theatre, Palm Desert in February 2009 was a sell out and 100 people had to be turned away who came to pay at the door. People then called the radio stations like 'The Bill Feingold Show' asking where they were going to perform next. They played at Sun City in Palm Desert to 500 people.

Elizabeth and husband Lorin moved to San Diego and Los Angeles where her husband is involved in Advertising and 'Voice Over' work. She has decided to go back to acting after she was offered a comedy role in a Short Film, the reaction from the audience was so much laughter at her comedy that she realized she still 'had it' and has since restarted her career of singing and acting.
