Chao-Tang Chang (also know as CHANG Chao-Tang or CHANG Chaotang) is a photographer and documentary filmmaker. Born in 1943 in Taipei, he had participated in various documentary and film project in Taiwan since the 1970s. More famous for his black-and-white photographic works and his role in film education, he was the recipient of The National Award for Arts (1999) in Taiwan.
