Carrie has won critical acclaim for her roles in award winning Indie films and has been cast in television pilots that have had the usual unpredictable percentage of making it to series. One such credit was Apple Valley Knights (2002) as Erin Dinero. She recurred as Julie Jordan on Sunset Beach (1997) and appeared as Carrie in more than 40 episodes of Tribes (1990). One of her favorite film jobs was working alongside Melanie Lynskey and Nicola Peltz Beckham in Eye of the Hurricane (2012). She can also be seen as Sadie Pray in the cult hit and Sundance winning film Lucky (2004). Early on in her career she worked with Liza Minnelli in Liberty Weekend (1986) choreographed by Dee Dee Wood. Approaching her work with fearless love, she has been making a living in the industry for most of her life. She began her career at the age of five in National commercials, two of which were for Mattel. She was the hero Barbie girl. Some years later she was seen in Mountain Dew, KFC, Heinz, and Levelor ads, to name a few. As a charismatic live performer, she has brought characters to life on the stages of New York, L.A. and on the road in National tours. She is also a diverse Voice-Over talent and AudioBook narrator for Audible.
When not acting, Carrie is active with animal rescue. She loves placing dogs in their forever homes with their new best friends. She also loves chasing the little white ball around the big green park, otherwise known as golf. She lives in southern California with her husband and their dog.
