Richard Dutcher dedicated his 2001 film "Brigham City" to Tim.
Organized and ran the yearly Gittes Oscar Pool, named after Jack Nicholson's character in "Chinatown".
Co-wrote an unproduced screenplay, "The Search for the Mountain Eagle", about the lost Alfred Hitchcock film "The Mountain Eagle".
Worked - and lived - in a film theater projection booth in a Petaluma, California cinema multiplex during 1984.
