Ms. Lee is an Independent Entertainment Profressional having produced, created, developed, written, cast and booked urban and mainstream entertainment for film, television, live events, and multimedia.

Ms. Lee helmed the Talent Department as Talent Producer for BET Action Pay Per View where she was involved in it's Original Programs from conception to completion with formats ranging from educational, magazine,; variety, story driven, specials, game shows and music interviews . Producing live events and concerts featuring known jazz musicians such as Clark Terry, Sal Nestico and Al Porcino, to coordinating talent for cable channels BET' and Comedy Central, as well as casting independent films, PSA's and music videos.

She's also produced live action characters for on-line media, consulted on NAACP Award Winning Theatrical productions, to booking for and managing the Los Angeles' Premier Comedy Club, The Hollywood Improv and its Franchises. She too produced LA's hottest urban talent showcases (according to "VIBE" Magazine and LA Weekly) responsible for exhibiting and positioning talents such as Chris Tucker, Dave Chappelle, Faizon Love and Emmy Award Winning Writers Lance Crouther & Ali LeRoi for major studios and networks.

Additionally, she has also produced seminars, coordinated panelist and talent for the M.E.N.T.O.R.S. Network and Sickle Cell. She began her career in the Los Angeles Urban Theatre Community working with the likes of Ernest Dillihay, James Burke, David Downing, Bea Richards and Marla Gibbs.
