Fans of Deadliest Catch seem to have found one cast member who really gets on their nerves. While there are many unique characters, many with short tempers, on the show, one has stood out. Fans do not like Wild Bill’s attitude and how he treats others. They even recently compared him to The Real Housewives.
Here is a look at what people are saying about Wild Bill on the Discovery Channel series.
Deadliest Catch Fans Complaining About Wild Bill
Captain Wild Bill has an intimidating reputation for Deadliest Catch. However, he is also a captain who gets things done and has extensive experience as a commercial fisherman. With that said, he can also seem very abrasive, and fans think he is getting worse as time passes, always wanting to fight those around him.

Andy Paley, a prolific songwriter, producer and musician who collaborated with such artists as Brian Wilson, Jerry Lee Lewis, the Ramones, Madonna, Elton John, Patti Smith and Deborah Harry, and who composed the scores for SpongeBob SquarePants and other TV shows, died Wednesday, November 20, of cancer. He was 72.
“We are saddened to learn of the passing of Brian’s friend and collaborator, Andy Paley,” a post on Brian Wilson’s official Facebook page reads. “Andy was literally instrumental in Brian starting his solo career with his critically acclaimed 1988 album, Brian Wilson. Andy played electric and acoustic guitars, bass, drums, percussion, keyboards, harmonica, and provided backing vocals. He co-wrote three of the songs, including “Rio Grande.” Andy collaborated again with Brian on the legendary, unreleased Wilson-Paley Sessions, counting more than twenty songs. Brian always called him ‘The Genius Andy Paley.’ Love and mercy goes out to Andy’s family and friends.

It has been decades since The Predator hit the screen, giving Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Dutch the opportunity to lead his team on a mission where they face off with the Og extraterrestrial, played by Kevin Peter Hall.
Decades down the line, we have witnessed Arnie switch trades, donning the mantle of the Governor of California (twice!) and coming back from politics. In the meantime, we have been treated to 4 more iterations of the franchise, with one more set to follow next year. But it’s not the same this time around.

One neat aspect of the original "Frasier" series is that it featured a bunch of bonafide Hollywood legends as guest stars we never actually got to see. While many renowned actors showed up in the physical — from Michael Keaton to Linda Hamilton — many more only lent their voice to the beloved sitcom, calling into Frasier's Kacl talk radio show for some advice from the good doctor. In fact, before she appeared on the show's fourth season as Molly, a potential love interest for Frasier who quickly gets away, Linda Hamilton herself called into Dr. Crane's radio show in the pilot episode, voicing the character of Claire, a woman struggling to get over her ex-boyfriend.
Over the course of 11 seasons, many more prestigious guest stars called Frasier for advice. Kevin Bacon, Mary Tyler Moore, Carrie Fisher, Billy Crystal, Macaulay Culkin, Helen Mirren, and Bill Paxton are just some examples. But it wasn't just actors.

The late, great Bill Paxton had a long and varied film career, beginning with his directing of the "Fish Heads" music video for Barnes & Barnes. He also appeared in the duo's videos for "Love Tap," "Soak It Up," and "Ah Ā," as well as in Pat Benatar's "Shadows of the Night." During this stretch, Paxton also moved into feature films, turning up in genre films like "Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker," and "Mortuary," as well as the cult comedy "Stripes" and the glorious Walter Hill rock musical "Streets of Fire." 1984 saw Paxton's first collaboration with director James Cameron, when the actor appeared in "The Terminator" as a punker that was murdered by a vicious, nameless robot from the future (Arnold Schwarzenegger). Paxton was the punk who had blue spiked hair and a tire-tread tattoo on his face.

Members of the armed services can and will argue amongst themselves, but in the minds of people and pop culture, Navy SEALs loom large as the picture of the United States' most elite military men. We can probably thank the fiction of Tom Clancy, and the fact that a Seal team that killed 9-11 mastermind Osama bin Laden, but Hollywood has been enamored with the special operations force for at least the last three decades. When a character in any movie is declared to be either a current or former Navy Seal, it's a given that they won't go down easily. When we discuss the most ruthless thing a U.S. president can do short of a nuclear strike, more often than not it's, "Send in Seal Team 6!"
While movies often take artistic license, it's fair to say that some of the movies featuring Navy SEALs are significantly more accurate than others,...

Does Mark Wahlberg have a third nipple? (Photo Credit – Facebook)
Ahan, that’s right. Mark Wahlberg – Hollywood heavyweight, fitness mogul, and action hero – has a third nipple. And he’s not alone! Turns out, extra nipples are more common than you’d think, with stars like Snowpiercer’s Tilda Swinton, pop singer Lily Allen, and the late Bill Paxton all joining him in the third-nipple club.
So, how common is this unique body quirk? The condition – scientifically called “polythelia” – affects an estimated one in every 500 people or about 0.2% of the population. But not all extra nipples are created equal! Researchers in the early 1900s set up a whole classification system for them. There’s category six, which is just an extra nipple without an areola, and the far rarer category one, known as “polymastia,” where the extra nipple comes with entire breast tissue. And Wahlberg? He falls in that classic category six,...

There is simply no arguing with Frank Darabont: the man who brought us The Shawshank Redemption and The Walking Dead, two of the greatest existentially dramatic pieces of film/television in pop culture history. Nominated for 3 Academy Awards, the filmmaker has been behind some of the best (and some of the worst) films in Hollywood simultaneously.

When it comes to Darabont’s work as a director, Tom Hanks’ 1999 film The Green Mile definitely falls into the “one of the best” category. A stylized tale of magical realism set on death row, this 4 Oscars-nominated movie was a masterclass in acting, directing, and storytelling cobbled together to give the audience an unforgettable experience.

Fans of actor Bill Paxton — and we are legion — likely know that he made his directorial debut in 1980, helming the music video for Barnes & Barnes' immortal classic "Fish Heads." The video, made on a very, very low budget, featured Paxton as a buyer and enthusiast of the titular ichthyoid crania, shown throwing them a birthday party and generally enjoying their company. The video also featured a cameo from Dr. Demento, the famed Los Angeles DJ responsible for proliferating hundreds of well-known novelty hits, and for bringing "Weird Al" Yankovic to the world's attention. Paxton was a weird, wonderful man who ran on the fringes. The fact that he became a well-known mainstream star is kind of wild.
Paxton, of course, began appearing in feature films in the late 1970s and early 1980s, starring in notable genre films like "Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker" and "Mortuary." Many likely first noticed him in...

In 2001, beloved actor Bill Paxton already had classic roles in legendary films like Aliens and Tombstone in his rearview mirror. A man known by audiences as one of the best character actors to ever grace a screen. But also, an actor who could take any situation… no matter how outlandish… and ground it in reality. Because he had the aura of the everyday man. A dude’s dude. Known by some in the plain lands as “The Extreme.” Or by others as the sleazy car salesman who tried to bang Arnold’s wife. It was at this point in his career that Paxton came across a role so nuanced that he knew there was only one way to handle it correctly. He would, for the first time in his career, have to direct the feature film himself. Paxton was about to use that loveable, regular Joe persona and put us all at ease.

Now he’s about to head into production on his second film, a psychological horror tale called Dirt, and he has gotten some genre icons to join the cast. Dirt will feature Malcolm McDowell of A Clockwork Orange (and the Rob Zombie Halloween movies), A Nightmare on Elm Street heroine Heather Langenkamp, and Courtney Gains from the Stephen King adaptation Children of the Corn. Also in the cast are James Paxton, who recently appeared in Twisters and happens to be the son of Bill Paxton, Emily Tosta (Mayans Mc), and Owen Vaccaro (The House with a Clock in Its Walls). Yet, now it lies dying, having lost much of its charm with each successive film. While Schwarzenegger himself had exclaimed last year that the world has moved on, the franchise creator James Cameron himself candidly reiterated similar claims, at the same time giving us the only solution that can save it.

Antoine Fuqua's 2001 cop drama "Training Day" is notable for its hellish tone, gritty photography, and amazing central performance from the incomparable Denzel Washington. Indeed, "Training Day" won Washington his second acting Academy Award for playing LAPD Detective Alonzo Harris, the most horrible and corrupt cop on the force. Ethan Hawke plays Jake Hoyt, the cop assigned to learn from Alonzo on the day before his promotion. Hoyt will get a disturbing crash course in how deeply the violence and corruption of the LAPD really runs.
Although Alonzo is a terrible person, he's an appealing villain, and many viewers came to love his gnashing and displays of brazen power. Alonzo's line "King Kong ain't got nothing on me," written by David Ayer, was briefly a part of the oft-repeated pop canon. "Training Day" was Fuqua's third feature as a director (after "The Replacement Killers" and "Bait"), but it was the...

With things constantly being swapped out or deleted from your favorite streaming service, a commitment to physical media should be stronger now than ever before. And thankfully both big studios and smaller boutique labels understand how important physical releases are.

When you think of Tom Cruise movies, the first action movies that come to mind are probably the Mission: Impossible movies or the Top Gun movies. Those are two of the most successful action franchises featuring Cruise, so that makes sense.
Despite Cruise being well known in the action space for those movies, along with the death-defying stunts performed while making those movies, there's another of Cruise's action movies that often gets forgotten.
That movie is Edge of Tomorrow, which premiered in 2014, and it's back on Netflix celebrating the film's 10-year anniversary! If you're looking for what to watch on Netflix, you can't go wrong with Edge of Tomorrow.

Do you ever wonder how a film can turn its actors into overnight household names, almost like they won the fame lottery? Well, let us take you back to the iconic year 1997 when Leonardo DiCaprio starred in James Cameron’s Titanic opposite Kate Winslet.
Alongside DiCaprio and Winslet, the film featured a mesmerizing array of talent, including Bill Paxton and Billy Zane. Not to mention, the film waltzed away with 11 Oscars, including prestigious accolades like Best Picture & Best Director.

The late actor Bill Paxton was more than just a versatile actor, for he was a true Hollywood legend who carved a name for himself through his legendary portrayals in some of the biggest science fiction franchises of all time. Having passed away in 2017, the legend left behind a unique legacy and the rare distinction of being the only actor to be killed on-screen by the iconic trio: a Terminator, an Alien, and a Predator.

Tom Cruise is known for his extreme commitment to his roles, no matter how death-defying they may be. From intense preparations for his dramatic roles to doing his own stunts, Cruise gives it all to entertain the audience most authentically and spectacularly.
One of his most underrated films remains Edge of Tomorrow, which has surprisingly funny moments for a film about an alien race destroying the world. Cruise played a soldier who gains the ability to respawn after death and hence becomes a powerful weapon. Cruise reportedly worked extensively to develop different screams for the death scenes.

"I think it is the most critical situation we've faced so far in the manned space flight program." Netflix has revealed an official trailer for a documentary film titled Apollo 13: Survival, a gripping look at the true story of what really happened on Apollo 13 in the spring of 1970. This premiered at Cph:dox and it will be streaming on Netflix in early September for everyone. Just nine months after Neil Armstrong landed on the moon, NASA faced its greatest crisis — three astronauts stranded halfway to the moon on a spacecraft that had suffered a catastrophic explosion. Using original footage and interviews, this documentary tells the nail-biting story of Apollo 13 and the struggle to bring its astronauts safely home. Everyone knows the famous Apollo 13 movie starring Tom Hanks & Bill Paxton (from 1995 - which is one of my favorites), but this doc features actual footage and tells the real story.

Warning: The following contains major spoilers for the Alien franchise.
Of all of horror’s many sagas, few have produced such complex and dynamic female characters as the Alien franchise. From space-trekking astronauts and idealistic scientists to outlaw clones and alien queens, this cinematic galaxy is bursting with inspirational – and sometimes despicable – women fighting for their own survival.
Though Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) remains the series’ most enduring character, each chapter in the century-spanning saga either delivers a new female warrior or expands our understanding of the story’s original survivor.

Alien has been Disney-fied. It hasn’t been softened or sanitized for a younger audience. It has instead been tweaked and studio-noted to mollify executives, under a clear, deeply misguided mandate to make product camouflaged “for the fans” in service of The Company. This mandate includes, but is not limited to: 1. including at least one recognizable character or characters; 2. if the actor responsible for that character is deceased, deploy a gluey, CGI replica in their place. Let’s add: 3. catchphrases and callbacks, unmotivated or illogical, are a must; 4. all of the above are doctrine, because market research indicates they bump up the CinemaScore by half a letter grade or more.
It’s a dire, inhospitable environment, wherein corporate interests can give way to ghoulish monstrosities, and those just trying to navigate the chokehold of capitalism are doing their best to survive. In a way, Fede Alvarez’s Alien: Romulus may...

If you feel it, chase it -- that little pearl of wisdom applies to obsessive storm-chasers and humble movie fans, alike. Despite its somewhat ham-fisted attempt to connect itself to a preexisting franchise (if the original 1996 movie can even be called that), "Twisters" felt like a breath of fresh air upon release this past July. In my review for /Film, I called it a "satisfying, crowd-pleasing effort [that] somehow rides the fine line between its IP obligations and a refreshingly self-contained experience" and I stand by every word. Sure, its impressive box-office performance was fueled by a number of factors (not least of all the Glen Powell Effect), but deep down I believe audiences responded to its throwback charms as the kind of Amblin-esque movie that we simply don't get enough of anymore.

For this month’s installment of “TV Terrors” we revisit the small screen adaptation of 1980s movie “Weird Science,” which aired from 1994 – 1998 on the USA Network.
I probably sound like an old fogy when I say this, but the USA Network of the cable television heyday was drastically different than the USA Network we have today. Back in the early nineties, USA Network was a free for all of weird, fun entertainment. There were adult cartoons, erotic thrillers, “Up All Night,” sports events, a large Saturday morning cartoon line up, classic horror movies, Troma double bills, and there were even kung fu movies every weekday morning.
USA Network also aired the primetime TV series adaptation of “Weird Science.”
The classic John Hughes sci-fi comedy from 1985 was adapted in 1994 into a mostly faithful TV version that took everything scandalous about the original film and amped up the ridiculousness by about fifty percent.
