The series gave contestants a taste of what it's like to become a Special Forces agent with challenges given by agents, Rudy Reyes, Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham, Jason "Foxy" Fox, and Remi Adeleke of the Directing Staff. With contestants participating in an array of challenges that were designed to break them down physically and psychologically, the series pulled most of its stars out of their comfort zone and pushed them into dealing with an incredibly different reality.

Special Forces season 1 starred 16 celebrities, an array of athletes, actors, singers, and reality TV stars who felt they were up for the challenge. With a cast including Kenya Moore, Kate Gosselin, and Special Forces season 1 winner Hannah Brown, the series gave an in-depth look at how strong and resilient the contestants could be.

The actress’, who portrayed sisters Mary and Lucy Camden on the popular ’90s family drama series, bumped into each other at the sports event on Saturday alongside fellow mom pals Sarah Michelle Gellar, Nikki DeLoach and Amanda Kloots.

“The ’90s but now mom edition!” Mitchell captioned an Instagram photo of her, Biel and Gellar at SoFi Stadium. “So fun hanging out as bada** moms at @monsterjam. Mom points for the win!!! @sarahmgellar @jessicabiel I love you always and forever! Such a fun night!”

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test star Beverley Mitchell shared her biggest takeaway from the first episode of the grueling reality competition series. Beverley began Special Forces with little confidence in herself and her ability to complete the military training challenges. She even placed herself last when the celebrity recruits were asked to line up in order from strongest to weakest. During a conversation with the drill instructors, she admitted that she has never felt good enough in her life. However, she began to see her worth after speaking with them. When the competitors were asked to line up in order again, Beverley showed that she gained confidence by moving herself ahead of her fellow recruits Melanie "Mel B" Brown, Hannah Brown, and Anthony Scaramucci.

In an Instagram post, Beverley shared a clip of pictures and videos from Special Forces set to the song "Keeping Your Head Up (Jonas Blue Remix)" by Birdy.

Although Dr. Drew Pinsky made an early exit from Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, he shared the behind-the-scenes bonds that he has with his fellow competitors. The 16 celebrity contestants participated in a series of boot camp-like challenges based on actual military exercises in over 100-degree heat in the Wadi Run desert in Jordan. Drew completed the first task, which was to complete a backward dive out of a helicopter into the water below. However, 14 hours into the competition, Drew began to feel ill and visited the medic. His headache and nausea were due to severe dehydration, and he was forced to medically withdraw from Special Forces. New seasons of returning dramas Fantasy Island and 9-1-1: Lone Star will premiere as part of Fox’s midseason 2022-2023 lineup. The network’s also launching the new unscripted show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and two new dramas – Alert and Accused – this winter. And Animal Control, a single-camera workplace comedy with Joel McHale, will premiere on February 16, 2023.
