Grant Gustin, who is best known for playing Barry Allen in CW’s The Flash, has just nabbed his very first movie role. He is set to star alongside Rosario Dawson in the William H. Macy-directed film Crystal.
The movie also stars Nick Robinson, Macy, Felicity Huffman, John Legiuzamo, Joe Manganiello, and Kathy Bates. The script was written by Will Aldis and it starts shooting next month in Atlanta.
I loved the last film Macy directed. It's called Rudderless, and if you haven’t seen it already you really need to check it out because it’s quite a powerful movie.
Dawson plays the title character in Crystal but there isn’t much information on the story. However, it was described in an interview with indiewire as “another indie, but this time, it's a comedy. A bust-out, slamming door farce comedy.”

Now that indie producer Rachel Winter finally got the long-gestating drama Dallas Buyers Club in front of audiences and critics that are adoring it, she can focus her attention on another oft-delayed project in production with a pretty solid cast of its own. The drama Stealing Cars, with Mark Wahlberg and Steve Levinson executive producing, will star William H. Macy, John Leguizamo, Felicity Huffman, Mike Epps, Emory Cohen and Paul Sparks. I.d have to steal a bunch of cars to be able to get these guys to make my movie. The film will be directed by Bradley Kaplan, best known for directing the episode "Muhammad and Larry" for Espn.s documentary series 30 for 30, with a script written by Will Aldis and Steve Mackall, who last teamed up for 2002.s completely forgettable Avenging Angelo with Sylvester Stallone. Hopefully they can turn a better tale out of the true story that...

Get ready Milla Jovovich fans -- on top of her zombie butt-kicking ways, and thrillers in paradise, Variety reports that the actress is entering the already-packed halls of stripperdom by signing on for a new comedy called Keep Coming Back. The film focuses on a young, sheltered (and, well, stupid) guy who joins Alcoholics Anonymous just so he can seduce an alcoholic former stripper (Jovovich).
While the neverending hordes of new stripper films never fails to irk me, there's a silver lining to the story. The film will be the directorial debut of William H. Macy, who will also co-star alongside Jovovich and Steve Buscemi. I imagine neither of these men are the young guy, so we still get to wait and see who gets the honor of breaking into AA for lust.
Man, time flies. I remember the days when Milla's sexy roles were dancing around for George...

Confession time: Probably the biggest famous crush I ever had was on Milla Jovovich after seeing The Fifth Element. I don't know if it was the orange hair or sexy outfits, but she was smoking. While I still find her to be smoking, my crush has (sadly) faded away.
It could be making a comeback, however, thanks to the help of William H. Macy. Making his directorial debut with Keep Coming Back, Macy has picked up Jovovich to star.
