Brígida Alexander was born on 9 October 1911 in Stuttgart, Germany. She was an actress and writer, known for Like Water for Chocolate (1992), Hora marcada (1988) and Con el amor no se juega (1991). She was married to Alfredo Alexander Kats. She died on 10 May 1995 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
