Completed her Bachelor of Arts &amp; Sciences in English at UCLA.

Originally said no to reprising the role of Dr. Lesley Webber on <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0056758/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">General Hospital (1963)</a>.

When she left Days of Our Lives for General Hospital in 1973 she was the highest paid daytime actress.

Her father, Alec Alexander, was an agent whose clients included Frank Gorshinand Sal Mineo.
