Jointly, with Alistair McGowan, won the Variety Club Comedy Award at The Variety
Club Showbusiness Awards 2002.
Although she was born in Louth, Lincolnshire, she moved to Troon, Ayrshire, when she was a few days old.
Has three children with her husband Gerard Hall - a daughter Lily Francesca Hall (b.April 17, 2005), a son Seth Hall (was stillborn in 2006) and another daughter Elsa Hall (b.January 14, 2008).
