Former WWF Tag Team Champion

Is a member of a prominent family of Samoan professional wrestlers, including Rosey, Jamal, Rikishi (Fatu), The Rock, Yokozuna, Afa and Sika.

Paired up with Fatu (aka Rikishi) to form the Samoan Swat Team. later known in the WWF as the Headshrinkers.

Samu appeared in the early 80s as a third member of the Wild Samoans with Afa & Sika.

Years before he wrestled in the WWF as a member of the Headshrinkers tag team, he once doubled for the Tonga Kid during a Piper's Pit segment where the Tonga Kid surprised Piper by speaking fluent English.

On why he left the WWF in 1994: Samu said he left the lucrative world of the WWF because it became "a headache". "I was just having my kids at the time, and the schedule was hectic". "It was 17 days on, three days off. And I fractured my hip, which kind of slowed me down."

Samu is most well known for his 3 title reigns in the WWF as Tag Team Champion. Once with his father Afa, and twice with his cousin Rikishi Phatu.
